Still learning....Are the AAA discounts better than the Best Rate Program?

Don't worry, We're all still learning! The Best Rates are normally better than AAA (depending on the room type that you book, of course). So far, for 2006 the best rate discounts are in the neighborhood of $70 off Deluxe, $40 off Mods & $20 off Values.

AAA discounts vary by season and range from 10% - 20%.

The Best Rate Program is the new online booking method exclusively for AP holders. It's supposed to be replacing the old way of booking AP holder discounted rooms. You may want to do a search here & check mousesavers where you'll find lots of info on it. (fair warning.....many people have real issues with it)

I, for one love it. I got the WL at $135 per night for my stay in January. The 2006 discount seems to be around $70 off per night for Deluxex, $40 off per night for the mods & $20 off per night for the values. There is a 1 night nonrefundable deposit & you have to book at least 60 days out.
