AAA discounted tickets...upgradable at park?

Hi, newbie question, hope it makes sense...
I am looking to utilize my AAA discount on tickets, but they only offer "Magic your way with Park Hopper" tickets -meaning w/o the "Magic Plus" option.

If I buy the discounted AAA tickets, can I add the "Magic Plus Pack" at the park?

Yes you can add days and attributes to the tickets at Guest Relations, at the prices ($45. plus tax for the plus pack) in Disney's brochure.
