AAA Discount

I am thinking of joining AAA to get the discount on my trip. How much of a discount do you get? Is it worth it?

The cost for AAA membership varies around the country. The WDW discounts are about 20%. If you are interested in the new WDW My Way package that includes, tickets, resort and dining, AAA is the only discount available. So, if you are interested in a package, then yes, a AAA membership is definitely worth it. There are other perks too, including preferred parking at the parks and discounts in certain stores and restaurants. You will also get a voucher for a free drink at the AAA lounge in the MK.

The discount depends on the type of resort (Value, Moderate, Deluxe) and the season (Value, Regular, Peak, Holiday). They start at 10% and go up to 20%.

I just joined AAA. They had some spring special so it was about $59 to join.

I've already saved $20 on hotels for on the way down (we're driving).

But as far as Disney savings, I don't know. Just thought I'd throw in the hotel savings in just the months I've been a member.
