Anyone not got AA card to get AAA discounts?
Membership can now be bought from as little as £8 for a years Roadside assistance.
Cover costs £29 but £21 cashback via Quidco. (Quidco says from £28 but don't see that anymore)

I wanted cover for both Car & Van this week so bought the full works (Roadside, Relay & Homestart) for both myself and Karen in any vehicle we are in £121 less £50 cashback = £71, great price for 2 of us (price has risen in last couple of days to £142

I believe a few places in Florida give AAA discounts, not something I have looked into much but at £8 might be worth buying.

WDW has AAA discounts - i think even on things like backstage tours...

Need to check on that then, we want to do Keys to the Kingdom Tour in August, going to book it at Easter while we are there.

i was trying to search for it just now, but i can't find it..
i'm sure i read it somewhere, but who knows..
anyway, it doesn't hurt to ask..
but if you have an AP, i think they give an AP discount - and they probably don't double up discounts...

i'm going to try to do the backstage magic tour - i think that's what it's called..
it's the all day one...
being on my own for a week will give me the opportunity to do it...
but i'm only going to try for it when i'm already there...hopefully, they'll have room one of the days...

i was just reading on allears that many hotels give a AAA discount and that you should ask about it....they mention vistana, doubletree, sheraton and a few others, but say it's not just limited to that..

We didn't renew our AP last year due to free DDP/OKW deal. Doing same again this year just buying 21 day tix so AAA discounts might come in handy, will look on AAA south website see if I can see anything listed on there.

Problem is though they work on rack rate less AAA discount, usually lots more than going thru a broker/agent here in UK. Always worth checking though.

and be sure to ask about it for everything you do - you never know...
like cirque, or blue man or whatever.....there might be an unadvertised discount..

Can't see anything on AAA website but will still ask

I did see 20% off Reebok outlet, even sale items. Save me searching for discount voucher like I usually do.

Offer Description:AAA Members save 20% OFF your total purchase - including sale merchandise! Offer valid at all Reebok and Rockport U.S. Outlet Stores. Offer subject to certain restrictions. See your AAA office for additional details.

ok....i must have been hallucinating about the discounts...

the only thing i could find on the american AAA website was regarding vacation package related discounts..

Do you just have to show your UK AA card to get these discounts in the US?

Luv Suzy (sitting here with a AA card in her purse ;))

Just one thing, don't call it A-A-A, its called Triple A, people have posted before they don't know what you are talking about if you say "do you accept A-A-A card?"

i have used it in the past for discounts on the universal hotels! just put in AAA in the promo/code box to check the rates! Definaetly worth £8!!

We got our hotel cheaper than the AAA rate (and we don't use a hire car) anyway but could be useful - what do you need to show in person to obtain the discount (e.g. at Hard Rock Café)?

Just show your AA card with ARC Europe symbol on the back. :thumbsup2
