AAA discount at Thanksgiving

Has anyone used this offer during the Thanksgiving time period and if so, what type of discount did you get? 10% or 15%. Trying to crunch numbers. Thanks.

I've known since about March of this year that we were going during Thanksgiving. I was not able to get a AAA rate -- they weren't available. I don't know if they were all snatched up ahead of time or they're blocked out that week. When some of those threads were going around a couple of months ago re: Travelocity and those types of websites, I did see that they did have discounted rates that week (looked to be around 15-20%), but I decided not to hassle with it since I at least had the 30% room only (bounceback) for my first night.

I originally had the Wednesday before Thanksgiving though the Wednesday after Thanksgiving booked with a AAA discount for a woods view room at the WL. I believe that the discount was 10%. I booked this back in May and the discount was not available for a standard room, but the woods view was cheaper than the standard once the AAA discount was applied. When I originally booked a standard room, I was told there was no AAA discount. I called back a couple of weeks later and was told that there was a discount for the woods view room so I switched. If you call make sure to ask about all the room types, some may be included while others are not even at the same resort.
