When I made my reservations, I added a few special requests, but I forgot to add a crib for my youngest. Can I call Disney and add this myself or do I need to get my AAA agent to do this.

Also, can I make my own dining reservations? This is my first time booking with an agent.

We have a AAA package for Oct. and we made our own ADR's. We just had to give our reservation number when we called Disney direct. We are on the dining plan and they did ask that although I don't think it mattered.

As far as the crib I am guessing that would have to be done through the TA since it is an addition to the reservation that AAA did but I can't answer that one for sure.

You're correct. When booking through an agency, they're the only ones who can make changes to your reservation.

You give your requests to your travel agent so she can add them to your reservation. Then apporx. 3-4 days before your arrival date you can call the hotel directly and re-confirm your requests. They are able to pull your reservation up then, but not sooner.

I make my own ADR's, I think it is much easier than having my travel agent do it.
