AAA and drink mugs

Can I still qualify for the free drink mug if I didn't book the cruise with AAA and am only a member?

No, you have to book your trip thru AAA to get the free "gifts". We are not members of AAA, we just tranfered our reservation to them and got the drink package as a perk, and paid $100 less on a 7 day cruise than DCL's price. There shouldn't be any cost to transfer your ressie to AAA and it might even save you money that you can use for excursions and/or souveniers. All you have to do is give a AAA TA a call and talk it over with them.

Ok, mis-informed family member....

The rese is with Cruise Value Center so I don't think I can transfer it to AAA.
