A Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah trip report
Disneyland Resort Paris, 2nd 7th June 2008
The Cast
Jonathan (DH) 38
Sharon (DW) 33
Disneyland minus one
Sunday - London
In the morning we finished off the last of the packing and called in Stitch and took her to the cattery for her own little holiday. Then lunch and off to the train station to catch the 4.30 pm train into London Kings Cross.
After an uneventful hour journey into London and a short 10 minutes walk from the station we checked into the Travelodge dumped our bags in our room and headed back to Kings Cross to get the tube to Piccadilly Circus.
On the way we check out St. Pancras station to find the check in desks for tomorrow. Then we jump onto the tube and headed to Ed's Easy Diner at The Trocadero.
Eds has become one of our favourite places to eat in London due to its American Dinner theming and lovely milkshakes. Just like Annetts Diner in Disney Village the ambiance and decoration makes it feel like you are in Arnold's Drive-In right out of the set of Happy Days, with juke boxes on the tables and a counter which over looks the kitchen.
After our meal we took walk around the Trocadero and headed back via the West End and walked through Leicester Square and then got the tube back to our hotel.
