I logged into my "Disney Vacation" to see my ressie numbers and all. I love that the new system links your package reservation to your restaurant and all. And how it says at the top how many days are left before your trip.

93 days!!!!

That would be super cool. The Dismeets on my last trip were definitely one of the highlights. I have a lot of planning to do as our trip came together pretty quickly and I'm rethinking a lot of things as I reflect on our last trip. But I'm so excited to be staying at AKL!

I like it, too. I love that every time I visit the Disney website the very first thing it shows me now is a picture of AKL, along with my countdown.

But I did make a change to our ADRs. I switched Crystal Palace and Tusker House. I got the same hour we had 10:20am. I figured that we always start our trip with a MK trip. And that on our arrival day, I don't really wanna use a park day for that. So on our arrival day we will mostly just hang out at the resort, and maybe make a trip down to Downtown Disney. On the next day will be a MK day, and on the day I had originally scheduled Crystal it will be an AK day

Sounds like a wise move to me... I think relaxing that first day would be bliss!!!! (I know we could never do that! LOL)

Well we normally go to MK on the day we arrive. But on the 2 past trips, we were staying at the CR. So it was very convenient. But this time, it is much farther. So why not relax, and just stay at the hotel, or go to DD and see what merch we can get our hands on hehe

Good luck Christy! I know what you are going through. Google teacher interview questions so you know what to be ready for. I'm sure you'll do great! You're a fantastic artist and any school would be lucky to have you as their Art teacher.

Hey guys... just a quick update to show you my new park bag.

I walked by it in Wal Mart and knew I wanted it hehe

It has a lot of pockets and it seems a bit waterproof. And I can carry it over the shoulder. So I'll test drive it in July and see what I think about it hehe

That is so cute! I am looking for one too. I had a great baggallini last year but the magnet kept deactivating the APs. I think I may have found another one though without magnets. I am shopping later this week, just want to check the mall before I mail order.

I cancelled our ADR for our September trip on our first day too! I think we'll either head over to Epcot & pick up quick-service & watch Illuminations, just hang out at the BC resort, or walk over to the Boardwalk & find something to eat! Nothing sounds better than a relaxing evening after travelling & being at the airport all day!

Looks like a great bag! I love bags that have alot of pockets!!!

When I saw the picture, I was going to ask if it was waterproof, but you already answered that question! LOL I love the colors!!!

Just curious Wendy, which baggalini do you have with magnets in it? I've heard of other people mentioning this before (deactivating their KTTW cards) but I have the Crinkle Nylon Messanger bag & didn't notice this. So I was just wondering which bag you had!

If you do like the Baggalini's, I definitely recommend the messenger bag! I love all the pockets in the front compartment as well as the water bottle holder on the side & the card pocket on the strap. I love the bag so much that I'm really hoping it doesn't have the magnets to deactivate my KTTW card. Last year I took it to Disney & also to the zoo.

Nikki - I saw that, and I have a hipster and I just got a new one for Mother's Day! The think I worry about with the Vera bags is the rain. A few weeks ago we were at a college visit in a huge rainstorm. My bag got soaked and although it did dry out quickly - it reminded me of Disney. Also, many years ago on a trip with my parents, we got caught in a downpour and my purse was again drenched as well as everything inside it - including my paper drivers license (yes, I am dating myself!). I just have bad luck with purses and rain!

It was the Bon Voyage Bag - what I liked it because it was pretty small. What I am considering now is the Zip N Go. It does not seem to have a magnet. I like smaller bags for the parks, although I probably should get a larger one since I end up carrying stuff for DH. Our APs demagnetized at least once a day. It was so frustrating - guest services knew us well!
