Oh my gosh, that hurts my foot just looking at yours! I fractured my toe beside my big toe one time while we were in Disneyworld of all places and that hurt like heck. So, I couldn't imagine breaking mine in half! OUCH!!!!!

Great update! I didn't even notice it was short! I love Luke's excitement as he's walking up with Chris! The decoration and castle pics you got are great, and how fun the ducks were there all dressed for the holidays!

oh, i'm far from finished. i had just finished typing that PAINFUL 250-page hearing. and now i've just finished proofing it - it's printing right now. i still have LOADS of work to do. i don't think i've ever had so much typing backlogged! but i'm not complaining because it's money!

luke always has cute PJs! you guys would really love it at christmas. we're going in december 2010...HINT, HINT.

Great update Dawn It's funny, when they announced about the meet and greet with the fairies FIRST I got excited for Lauren (who is a huge Tink fan) and then you instantly popped into my head, I knew you would be thrilled and couldn't wait to read about your first encounter with them Loved the Scrooge pics, another character I just didn't think of that you can only see at Christmas time, ANOTHER reason to convince Tim to go at Christmas. Little by little I am catching up. Love all the new pics! I can't wait to see those OL again. That was my favorite Holiday thing at Disney! I'm going earlier this time though to avoid the crowds. Not that it was bad the week I went but that last night...OMG, never again!

The snow pics are GREAT! Looks like ya'll had a lot of fun! Maybe next year we can get to the Mtns and play in some snow. I'd prefer not to get it here at home. It's bad for my palms. They all look so bad right now.

take your time - the dis isn't going anywhere! i've been so busy lately that i've only been able to get on here every few days. i agree about the lights - so cool! definitely my favorite part. and i agree about tink too! i can't believe it's taken so long to make her available.

I really wish we didn't have to go during the summer. I hate the humidity and heat also. But we can't afford to go this winter and next summer is the only chance we have. My sister graduates from college, my other sister from HS, and I leave for Navy boot camp in June. So my parents really want a vacation before we are all gone. At this point I will go whenever!!!

I can't wait to see the Fairies!!! There is always a benefit to waking up early at Disney Hope you are feeling better.

Dawn...congrats on your niece. Hope she arrives safe and sound and healthy! And don't be embarrased how you broke your toe. My mom broke hers tripping over her own shoe (which I almost did today but caught myself!) And she always used to yell at us for having our shoes in the middle of the walkway---you know somebody could trip on them! She was pretty embarrased!

I just got my left-hand middle finger out of a splint after breaking it 6 weeks ago. What a great one to pick, huh? Typing has been difficult -- it's a good thing I don't have your job.

ouch! yeah, i don't know what i'll ever do if i heart one of my hands or fingers. i depend on them for income! anna does a yoga move in one of her classes where you put all your body weight on your wrists and i never do it because i'm always afraid i'll break something!

Sorry to hear about your toe! Cool about the baby. I hope you have all week off. I have a pinky toe story too. One day I was stepping out of the shower, I stepped down with my left foot, and instead of the floor, my pinky toe caught the edge of the bathtub, and I stepped down pretty hard. I thought I broke it too, for how bad it felt. And this was FIVE DAYS before going to Disney World. lol luckily it was ok by the time I got ready to go.

sorry about your toe, i slammed my finger in my car door yesterday

ouch! i did that once and my finger actually JAMMED the car door SHUT!!!! luckily i was in a parking lot and there was an ambulance going by and they saw me flailing my arms and got out and helped me get the door open. it actually didn't break my finger, just squished it really good. told you i was a klutz.
