A Wow Interactive Birthday Experience?

Greeting, Disney Fans --

I am such a fan of fun, interactive dining experiences. We love when the staff really has fun with you. We have been to MOST WDW restaurants in the parks, but we haven't been back for 2 years, and are always looking for a really fun special one we haven't tried.

There are 4 of us -- me, hubby, a 13-year old boy, and a 9-year old girl (tomboy) -- the 9 year old will celebrate a birthday there.

Where would you receommend for a phenomenal dinner or lunch to celebrate a birthday -- where the staff really makes it fun? We already have the Hoop-Dee-Doo revue planned for a night. Any other?
