So I have been on hold for 25 minutes and the guy couldnt pull up my reservation i made earlier online... he comes back and says may i ask you way you booked this online when it is a promotion available only by phone..
in a seriously rude tone.. i said it is online now.
I am all for customer service but they are a bit snippy now
