I now have 3 pairs of pants and 1 pair of shorts that went from slightly big at the waist to being able to pull down without unbuttoning (must remember to not put keys or cell phone in pockets and must tighten belt
)
I tried on my old pants that are a size smaller and they almost fit. Still tight, but I no longer feel as though I am going to split them like the Hulk by putting them on
I weighed myself and somehow I GAINED 3 lbs! How is this possible? I do 1 mile of my WATP at least 5 days a week and I've stayed below my calorie quota.
I'm also a little frustrated that I'm still getting my butt kicked by mile 1 of the 3mile WATP tape. Those knee lifts hurt. Granted I am severly out of shape , but it's still frustrating.
I've started the SBD this evening and I'm trying to think positively. and trying not to be crabby because I miss sweets.
