I can't get over the Hidden Mickey on the Domino's box. I have a Christmas plate that has holly on it, and I swear, the clusters of holly berries in threes all look like Mickey heads to me.

We had just gotten off the Pirates of the Caribbean and it was time to head back towards Main St for our ADR at Crystal Palace! I checked us in and it was going to be a few minutes till they called us in. The wind was whipping and it was starting to get cold. Juliana needed a bathroom break so we went inside use the facilities and to stay warm. The topiaries were decorated for Christmas.

We were seated and grabbed some food. It wasn't long before some friends came to visit.

Melody's favorite...

When Tigger stopped he didn't stay long. He was in a hurry. I was able to hold him there for a minute so I could get in a picture.

When Pooh came over he grabbed Juliana's hands and started dancing with her. It was really cute. Pooh stayed and posed for quite a few pictures. He was great!

Finally, Piglet.

There you have it! All the CP characters! Before I move on, we had an enjoyable meal. I remember eating a ton of peel & eat shrimp and mussels. I was even able to force in some dessert. I usually don't take pics of buffet food... my plate is too messy.

We finished up eating and the girls got bundled up.

We went outside and it was dark... and there was only a few minutes till the castle lighting!!! We walked towards the Walt statue and guess who I saw there? Barry's wife Bambi. She had a whole area staked out and was hanging out waiting for the show to start. As we were talking to Bambi, a whole Brazilian tour group comes up behind us and they keep inching closer and closer and closer. Now don't get me wrong, Barry's wife is a wonderful lady, but she wasn't taking too kindly to being bumped into (neither were we) and all the chanting. The space around us was shrinking by the second. I texted Barry and told him he had to get his butt back here.... QUICKLY!

A few minutes later, Barry showed up and we got to talk for a few minutes before the lighting of the castle.

Although we saw the lighting a few days earlier, it was just as magical the second time.

The castle was beautiful!

It was starting to get chilly very quickly, and there still was a breeze. So after the castle lighting, Melody wanted to buy a blanket for Juliana. She went to the Emporium while I took Juliana to Fantasyland to ride on the carousel. All Juliana wanted was to ride on Cinderella's horse but there was someone already on it.

She pouted the whole ride.

Once our ride was over the CM told everyone they could ride again if they wanted. We stayed on for a second ride and Juliana was able to switch her horse to Cinderella's! She was extremely happy!

We got off the carousel and she tried to pull the sword from the stone.

No luck this time.

Melody was still shopping so Juliana & I took the opportunity to check out the castle up close.

Mel was done shopping and met us in Fantasyland where we had the chance to fit in a few more rides before Wishes. I think we made it back to the hub about 10-15 minutes before it started. I found our spot holder (thanks Bambi!) and got ready for the show.

There were a few other DIS Dads that were planning on meeting to see Wishes with. Christian (chillcoupons), & Carl (DisneyDadC) found us and we got to meet their wonderful families too. I gave some glow sticks to all the kids... and yes, Barry is a kid. Not only is he a kid, he looks like a raccoon in headlights. LOL

It wasn't long after this picture when the lights dimmed and the music started. I picked up Juliana and it was time for Wishes! This is my favorite show/attraction in all of Disney. The girl started singing 'Starlight.... Star bright, first star I see tonight....' and Juliana started singing with her. I joined in and was trying to sing quietly....

It is always hard taking pictures of Wishes while holding Juliana but here are a few from the show.

During the show, another DIS Dad Christopher (stopher1) met up with us too.

After the show we talked for a little while while the crowds were making their way out. We would have loved to stay longer but the girls were cold and we had a long day. It was really great meeting all these Dads and their families. We said our good byes and headed out of Magic Kingdom.

It was a long but great day..

After getting Juliana to bed, Melody and I packed up our suitcases and cleaned up the room. Tomorrow was our final day. Before bed, I posted on the DIS at 10:40 p.m.

I can't believe our trip is coming to an end. We spent the day in MK today. It was pretty chilly with a steady breeze most of the day. We got to see wishes tonight and even met up with a few Dads from the Dis. Juliana is beat... it really has been a busy week. We aren't setting an alarm so hopefully she will sleep in tomorrow. Our flight leaves Mco at 5:45 and we are scheduled to land in Hartford at 8:20. We are going home to some white stuff. It snowed yesterday and even a little today. I have some tips for those of you going on Wish trips too. If I'm not totally shot, I should be able to jump on here at night. See you real soon!

When I got home, I saw my 'FRIEND' posted this as well.

Just wanted to stop by to tell everyone following along with Juliana's trip, that pictures do not do that girl justice. She is simply adorable in person. And I got to hear her sing. Tim and her were standing right behind me during Wishes last night, and she was singing along to "When You Wish Upon a Star". Voice of an angel.
Then Tim started doing harmony and pretty much ruined it.

Up next.... our final day, & Would we, Could we, make it to Universal?

Well I wrote it on the plane... a 150mph headwind slowed us down a bit and I was looking for things to do. LOL

Beautiful pictures of the fireworks and Juliana. I wish Max was even remotely that expressive in front of a camera, but he seems to have inherited my inability to look natural in front of a camera.

I hope that you are all having a wonderful trip... how's the weather? Flooding up here. The Wilbur Cross Parkway was actually partially washed out tonight, but I guess I saw that coming.

Ok, I love Juliana's pouty face on Cinderella's Carousel! She looks as if she's stalking Cinderella's horse, just waiting to get her chance to hop on! Too funny and so something my own youngest would do.

Ahhh, Wishes! I can't tell you how much I enjoy watching it with my family. This past trip, my youngest sang along for the first time "starlight, star bright, first star I see tonight..." and I was holding back the tears because it was the most precious sound! I'm sure that's how Ana sounded too, although I personally wouldn't have ruined it by singing along...

Hey you got some really great shots of the fireworks while balancing Ana! I love the castle with the icicles. I sometimes wish they would leave it on all the time because its so much prettier.

LOL, ok so when you get back from your trip I'd love to hear why you call Barry your nemesis. I've been on his TR and he seems so friendly.
