Hi everyone,
Welcome back and we hope that your DIS withdrawal was not too severe!!

We had some hardware issues on the old server and we decided that it was best to look for a new host at this time and that takes a bit of time but we are looked after now and thanks to Alex and Pete we are up and running!! We did have to forfeit a couple of days of posts but that was a small price to pay to be back!

It was a DIS-comforting feeling when I logged on and DIS-covered that I was DIS-connected. Now I'm doin' the DIS happy dance.

Dallas_Lady, they had to restore from a backup on 1-9. Everything from then on is gone.

THANKS TO ALL THAT RESTORED DIS TO US!! You never know how much you will miss the Dis till there is NO DIS!! Barely survived!! And I had to update all my shortcuts to DIS. I am soooo glad Dis is listed so many ways on Google,as thats how I re-established my connection to DIS.

Thank-you for DIS. I missed you friend! Stay well!!

p.s. Have we out grown another home?? Just a thought....[from a illiterate computer user] Omsi or Oregon Museum of Science and Industry,has a computer lab with a server in it's basement. So many people use their computers in just a day they had trouble. So they have there own server. Is this something that Werner Technologies, Inc. could do to house the DIS???
