So I left off with us heading towards Liberty Square to cool off a bit from the heat. As I've gotten older, I've grown to enjoy the Hall of Presidents and dad really likes it so we headed in for the show.

Here's a little Dubyah for ya..

After Presidents, DDad and DSM decided they were done for the day and headed back to the Poly to relax and hang out. Sarah and I realized it was almost 4pm and time to pick up our bracelets so we headed towards Tomorrowland to the bracelet pickup. And grabbed a few photos on the way with the castle, etc.

also grabbed a few shots in the rose garden on the way!

We ran into Buzz Lightyear too but I think that Sarah took that pic with her camera (we were realizing that most people we gave my camera to couldn't really figure it out so we kept giving people the simple point and shoot camera after awhile)...I'll have to steal the pics from Sarah's camera when I get a chance!

I think we grabbed fast passes for Buzz Lightyear and so to pass some time away I bought an apple and then we jumped on the Wedway People Mover (sorry..that's what I will always call it..LOL...the TTA doesn't sound right!) and rode it twice without getting off just to relax and cool off.

Buzz Lightyear was up next so we battled it out and Sarah tried to teach me where all the really big points were. She still kicked my butt though. booo!

After that we decided it was finally time to don our pirate costumes (yayyyy!) so we headed back to the lockers for our outfits. Ran into the bathroom on Main St and started to get ready.

Hahaha... the LOOKS we got in the bathroom were priceless. I really think people thought that we were employees getting dressed for work. Everyone that walked in kept complimenting us on our outfits and laughing. We were already a hit and didn't even leave the bathrooms yet! woohoo! Being the dorks we are, we started taking pics in the bathroom (but definitely made sure no one was around so they wouldn't get offended that we 'caught' them in the loo). We seriously had a hilarious time just getting ready. Oh... my black capri tights worked great! I wasn't too hot at all (too much) and Sarah wore skin colored tights under hers so we made sure we were 'Disney appropriate'. We get to be pirates for the day! ARGHHH!! hehehehe

Our first stop was of course in front of the castle for some photopass pics. The photographer totally laughed when we walked up and everyone walking by was like 'awesome costumes ladies!' Cast members kept walking by and saying we had the best costumes they've seen and they love how we matched.

First stop as pirates? Pirates of the Caribbean, of course!

After realizing that joining the actual pirates on the ride wouldn't be a good idea, we headed out and headed to the line to get in line to meet Jack! When we realized the line wasn't too long, and we were getting a little hot, we headed over to Aloha Isle to grab a dole whip float in honor of Bawb!

Soooo yummy! I could eat these things all day! As we were sitting there we saw Lisa's sister, Lori and her husband wandering around the park so we chatted with her for a bit and she took a pic with her phone to send to Lisa. She couldn't get over the costumes either.

After we talked to them for a bit, we headed on line to finally meet Jack. We kept hoping that it was our favorite Jack but we'll see I guess.

While on line for the meet..

Luckily we were one of the first people in line for the meet. They ushered us inside and we honestly only waited at the most 10 minutes before it was our turn to get in. Every other time we walked by the line was soooo long it would have taken at LEAST an hour of our time just to see Jack. The 10 minutes we waited though was completely worth the price of admission to the party!

So we get behind the curtain and realize... it's not our favorite Jack...booo! But this guy was pretty good too. He totally played along with the pirate thing...commented on my lovely hat. Compared it to his. We then discussed where I'm from and when I said New Jersey..he told me he liked the Old Jersey better. Asked if I had ever been to the Caribbean before, etc, etc. He was hilarious!

Then Sarah jumped in for a quick group pic with the two of us..

And then Sarah got some alone time with jack. I didn't get a chance to hear what they said though..I was too busy taking pictures!

After we said our goodbyes to Jack, we headed towards Frontierland for some Mountain fun. oh! oh the way we grabbed a jewel bag and started collecting treasures from all the 'X marks the spot' areas. So onto Frontierland... There would be NO splash mountain in our agenda though b/c we didn't think running around the park in a soaking wet pirate costume would have been that wise. As we passed by Thunder Mt, we ran into Lori and her husband again and we brought Lori with us onto Thunder Mt. Her husband had gone on earlier in the day but his whole arm was in a sling from surgery he had when he was in the Army so he didn't have a great time on it and was glad to hand Lori over to us.

After the ride, we met up again with Lori's DH and headed over to the Haunted Mansion. But first I had to go look for treasure and/or land with my new friend...lol

is this room actually stretching?

We then ran through fantasyland and headed back towards tomorrowland to go on Space Mt

and of course I had to stop and say hi to my buddy Pleakly!!!

ok...i've hit my pic limit so I'll have to continue the rest of the night later!! Enjoy everyone!

They're allllll over the web. The company that makes them is Leg Avenue. I wouldn't necessarily suggest googling for them though at work b/c they also make naughty lingerie. haha! They have a TON of pirate costumes (they also have much more covered up ones too) that are really nice! and the quality is really good too!

I've been away from the dis for a little while but I'm all caught up on your TR! Your costumes look fantastic!!! Love the leggings with them.

Almost done with day 3!! yayyyyy!!

I left you guys off in Tomorrowland, right? Space Mt had NOOOO wait so me, Sarah, Lori, and Mark ran on and attempted to do our 'which side is better? test'. First up? The left side... oh...and trying to crawl into the seats in a pirate costume, while holding your hat, and your bag, and your big camera was quite entertaining! haha!

We finished up that ride (and Sarah and I had to throw ourselves out of the rockets to actually get out of the car..haha) and then quickly ran back through the line and headed to the right side.

I will say that the right side was better... ONLY b/c it was only the 4 of us in the car so we had 2 extra empty seats with us so we kept getting whipped around the track like crazy! So less weight in the cars = better Space Mt. experience.

By the time we got off SM, Lisa was calling us and telling us they have spots saved on Main St to watch the parade. The 4 of us ran over that way and quickly found them right across from Casey's. Seeing Casey's, Sarah and I realized we haven't eaten yet since lunch and it was already late so we ran across the street and grabbed some hot dogs and fries with malt vinegar.. mmm!! We also snapped some photos on main street with the castle and me, Sarah, and Lisa. i'll post those at the end with the photopass pics though! As we scarfed the last of the food down, the parade had just started so we made our way back to Lisa and her fam and snapped some photos.

It was a great parade, I just wish we had some better viewing. I was scrunched in between everyone!

We then all decided to go to the Monsters Inc Comedy Floor, which is always cute. Too bad no on in our group got picked on! Maybe next time!

After Monsters, it was just about time for the fireworks so we headed towards the main hub and all grabbed our own spots for best viewing and photos....

OMG GREATTTTTT fireworks! Hands down the best fireworks I've ever seen at Disney. This and the Jack meet and greet were totally worth the price of admission!

Whew! I seriously have like 30 fireworks pics and picking my favorites is hard work!!

After the fireworks, Lisa and her whole fam left the park so they can get some rest for the wedding the next day!!! Sarah and I still had a little energy left so we headed back towards adventureland to mingle with more pirates.

First stop? I think it was Aladdin's Magic Carpets..

I do believe we then went on pirates at least once. No pictures for evidence though!

And as we were walking through Adventureland we saw Aladdin!

There was one last Pirate Tutorial that we wanted to check out so we grabbed a spot behind the kids and enjoyed the show. This Jack was REALLY good too. Sarah and I coudln't figure out which one we liked best! When he first walked out he spotted Sarah and I in the crowd and made some comment but neither of us caught it b/c the crowd started laughing too soon! Oh, and the settings on my camera were off so they didn't come out as clear as I wanted them too. boooo!

Sadly after the tutorial Sarah and I were exhausted and I had a long day ahead of me too. So we started to head towards the front of the park and on Main Street we ran into Rusty Cutlass and they had a field day with our costumes!

Sadly that was the end of our night. Sarah headed off towards her car in the TTC and I jumped on the monorail to head back to the Poly.

Up next!? THE WEDDING you've all been waiting for!!! FINALLYYY!!!! YAYYYY! hahahaha!
