Hi Everyone,

Our very first ever trip to DL is approaching (april 25-may 2 ). I am curious as to what anyone who has done this tour thinks of it. It will be 2 mom's and two boys 14 and 15. Boys are very much into Disney, Walt and Trivia. This sounds like it would be a lot of fun. For those who have done it what did you think of it? Where do they have you eat and how was the food? Do you do any real cool things that you don't get to do as just a park guest? Sorry for so many questions lol,

My 2 friends and I took the Walk in Walt's Footsteps Tour the beginning of Nov. I think it would have been quite interesting had our tour guide not been so unknowedgeable. She said "um" more than any other thing and when we were walking around and she was pointing things out, my friends just turned off their headsets and just asked me questions.

We went on the train and had someone not already been in the car, we would have ridden in the Lilly Belle. We saw the lobby of Club 33. (just the lobby, not any other part. One of my friends misunderstood that part and was very disappointed) We went to the front of the line for 2 rides, the jungle cruise and another that I don't remember. We had lunch in the little area where the tour starts, next to City Hall. We also went into the Fire Station and talked about the apartment above.

All in all, honestly I was not impressed, but I think it probably had more to do with our tour guide than the tour itself. There was not much information that was new to me, but it was okay.

I know that your kids are not old enough, but we also took the Segway tour in DCA, and that was SO much fun. I am going to do that one again in May when my DH and I go for our anniversary.

Happy Planning!
