Bistro is on the second floor and the tables by the window facing the lake are for two. Not all seats have good views but make a late ADR, ask for a table close to the window and you will get partial views of the fireworks. DW and I did this during our trip the week after Thanksgiving last year (TR link below). Bistro has been voted 3 years in a row as the best theme park restaurant in FL. We loved it!
We had a table beside the window (i believe they are all set up for 2). My DH could see out the window but I would have had to twist uncomfortable straining to see anything out the window. I wouldn't plan on attempting to view the fireworks from Bistro.
If you're thinking you will be able to see the fireworks, maybe some of the show. But the window is pretty small and you would have to be sitting right up against it. It would also not be an excellent view.
Even as a party of two, your chances of getting one of those few window tables is slim. We have dined here many times, as a party of two, and we've been seated at an interior table more often than a window table.

We (2 adults) have dined at Bistro several times and were seated next to a window once. A previous poster have reported, we were able to get a partial view of Illuminations, but of course no audio. We were more interested in our dinners, the restaurant and each other anyway. Our feeling is that when we want to see Wishes or Illuminations we find a good viewing spot to appreciate the show that way it was meant to be. Other than that it's just fireworks and we can see those in many other places near our home. If you're interested in gong to Bistro to enjoy a well-prepared and well-served meal and not to see fireworks I think you'll be happy.
