A Very Stupid Fast Pass+ Question

I just realized that my 60 day mark is July 21st. I have been to Disney more times than I can ever begin to count but never since Fast Pass+ was introduced. My question is: Can I get online tonight at Midnight (Eastern Time) to start making my "reservations"?
