I'm going to the MNSSHP on the 31st and the MVMCP on the 9th as well. Hoping to catch the Osbourne Lights on the 10th too, but I'm not getting my hopes up because nothing official has come out about that yet. Keeping my fingers crossed though!

I like that you have a lot of "whatever" days in your itinerary. I think too many people try to over-plan stuff and get disappointed if something goes "wrong", but shhhh ...I feel like if word gets out I feel like this I might get in trouble

My DH would go right out of his ADD mind if I planned every day He wants to go right to US our first night and when I said I had a surprise planned (even though he enjoyed my surprises last trip) he started whining right away about how it was probably some stupid dinner theatre or something. Why can't that man just trust me?

Tried to book breakfast at CRT for my daughters birthday on Nov 9 and there was nothing available So I booked 1900 Park Fare instead. Hopefully it is a good substitute. I'm sure she will be happy no matter what.

My plans are falling apart

The surprise I was planning from my sister (which was actually the Haunted Carriage Ride at Fort Wilderness) have been discontinued and I really don't know what to replace it with.

Apparently during the dates we are there, Universal's Halloween Horror Nights is only on Oct 28 (our arrival day) and I think that would be too much and Oct 31 (Halloween) which I'm afraid will be super busy.

Now all I need is to find out that the Wishes Dessert Party won't be happening

I feel your frustrations about the carriage rides Maybe you could do a tour instead, or maybe a surprise meal?

That sucks about UHHN...are you going to attempt one of those dates?

It really sucks when you plan your whole day around something only to find out you can't do that one thing, which then makes the rest of the days plans fall apart. Hang in there I'm sure you'll able to work something out that will fit with your schedule.

So I tried to order my Universal Horror Nights tickets online but if you order this way you have to buy your regular ticket at the same time in order to get the advance ticket price. We plan on getting flex tickets for Universal (14 days unlimited entrance) So this would mean I would have to pay $81.99 + tax for our HHN instead of the 36.99+ tax I was planning on. So I am just going to buy them once we are down there and hope that the 31st is not sold out.

On a brighter note, I ordered the photopass+ with the pre-order discounted for $169.99 and it arrived last week. I didn't realize that they would send the CD with the stock photos on it right away (but they did) I thought it would arrive with the actual photopass CD. There are 401 pictures on it. Some really nice shots of the castle and fireworks. I am soooo glad I decided to buy it.

We went to Wet N' Wild but it was really busy and after standing in line for aloooooong time a thunderstorm rolled in and we did 1 slide and ended up leaving. We then went back to Universal where I continued to not take pictures LOL
