disneyland had a ticketed event ( for the first time) last year and i'm hoping they have it again

Last year Disneyland introduced "Merriest Nights".

I’m hoping they don’t have it again… just because I’ve always enjoyed that Disneyland offered everything to all guests, not just a select few. For me, the only thing that I really enjoyed was the Muppets on Main Street. Evertything else could be seen and done during normal holiday fun hours. The queue to get the special merchandise was also very long, and not too long after that I saw them selling the same merchandise on Main Street, so it wasn’t exclusive.
