I hope you like Biergarten (sp?). We've been a few times and I hope to go back in the future. I do love the atmosphere and some of the food just not crazy about sitting with other people (last time we were sat with 3 other couples that sat in complete silence so we were trying to whisper our conversation so they weren't just listening to us yammer on the whole time, hopefully you'll get better table companions or none at all!).
We have no shame - we will yammer on no matter what our tablemates are like. You should have seen the people next to us at the Toy Story 3D screening last night rolling their eyes as we complained to each other about the way seating was handled in the arena!
Can't wait to hear all about your second try at Bistro! I want to get my bf to eat here so bad but he hates fine dining type of places. Maybe I could sneak it in...

Why?!! Is it cuz he thinks he'll be uncomfortable there or that the waiters are all snooty and the food is too fancy? All he needs is a healthy sense of superiority and the knowledge that it's all the same steak, chicken and fish, just with fancy descriptions!

Thanks! Not only did we have an interesting time, we successfully avoided veggies for 4 days, thanks to a steady diet of convention hall food.
Love you ADR selections. I thought the food at the Wave was very good. I hope you enjoy it. I like the little sampler desserts they have. It was just the right amount of dessert for me. And, of course, I love any place that includes a smoothy as a beverage on the dining plan because I am always starved by meal time and I would rather fill up on a smoothy then bread.

I too do the cut outs of everything and then swapp them around. David Bowie actually used that sort of technique to write some of his songs. He would write a poem or just random words and then rearrange them into lyrics
If only I had known this trick when I went through my pretentious indie songwriter phase in college - I might actually have finished a song!

Hooray! I'll check it out. I'm so glad you enjoyed the copious coverage of D23. I was shocked to find I was one of only a handful of people Tweeting from the event (or at least, only a handful were reTweeted as being a source of updates like I got to be).

Nah, he was delightful and FUNNY... Really got my DH a few times... OH, and in one TR I read the DH didn't like greens which came with his meal, and the waitress said WHADAYA mean you don't like greens? And she took them away and came back with the plate COVERED with whipped cream and sprinkles... And made him take a bite!
Betcha your DH won't like that "gimmick"
So now I have to call back on the 15th to get the rest of them through the 22nd. Stinks but so far all good so I can't complain too much I guess.
Do we have any that fall on the same day?
