I know it's in the beef family, but how is the protein value of it compared to say a filet mignon? I've looked but haven't come up with much onit. It doesn't seem like people eat that much veal.
(I just have this craving for veal parmigiana)

I found this info:

I make a really good low carbohydrate veal parmesan. I marinate the veal in heavy cream over night, put parmesan cheese with garlic powder in a ziploc bag and shake the cutlet in the cheese until it's coated. Then I fry it in peanut oil until it's brown. THEN, I put the cutlet in a nonstick baking pan, spoon one tablespoon sugar free spaghettic sauce on top, cover with a slice of mozzarella cheese. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. My husband loves veal parmesan made this way.

I found the nutritional info on the veal HERE

Thank you! I don't know why I have such a craving for it!
