What a wonderful early Mother's Day gift!

Looks like a lovely time.
We did have a nice time. I know you have a nice Mother's Day to look forward to with your three little men, too! We are very blessed to have been given the opportunity to raise three children.
Ahhh I can't wait to see Rainforest Cafe again!
Is it still the 20th? We might possibly have a small group to meet you there if Erica, Dawn, and any other Nashville people can make it.
Oh, I like the sound of nachos for ocho de mayo!
You're reasons for not posting last night are some of the best imaginable! What a great way to celebrate Mother's Day -- a yummy meal with your favorite people!
That crocodile must be well fed -- he didn't even seem interested in the bird!
Yeah, it looks like I've rewritten Mexican history this week. My students will remember
Ocho de Mayo!
Your AK pictures are awesome!
Thanks, but as always, I am mostly disappointed in the clarity. I have it on the sports setting, but I just don't know how to do it right, I guess. I want pictures from 200 feet away that look like Jill's 10 feet away leopard picture! I probably would have to have a $5,0000 camera for that, though, so I am out of luck! I so much wish the safari drivers could stop so that people could get better pictures, but I completely understand why they can't. Even if they could stop for 20 seconds at major spots, a person could probably get some pretty amazing shots even with a cheaper camera.
What a great Mother's Day Celebration!
Great Safari pictures.
Thank you. I am looking forward to all of your good pictures very soon.
I know that you are getting so excited, because it is almost time for you to go!
I loved the safari pictures.
I know it was great having your five favorite people together in one picture.
It was. The five of them can't even comprehend the love and joy they have brought to my life. Jill is beginning to understand, now that she has her own two girls. When Brooklynn does something sweet and Jill looks at her and tells her how much she loves her, I know that she is now understanding what I have always felt about her and the boys.
Love the Rainforest Cafe and safari pictures! Thats great that you were lucky enough to see the lioness walking around! I know those lions are usually lazy and don't let people get good pictures of them like you did.
The lions do spend much of the day sleeping, so we always feel lucky when we catch them up and moving.
I was so many pages behind it's embarassing. I would read a few pages here and there while I've been on the DIS and I finally caught up.
You truly throw the most creative parties! I took some serious mental notes for a future party. Very, very clever, I'm sure the kids had a blast!
Loving all the pics of Bella too - I'm sure I've said that more than once, but she's so sweet, it never gets old to say!
Henry would have been right at home at the party. Like Brooklynn, he would have recognized the background music going on in the den, and he would have known all about the parades that were running on the TV upstairs.

I know I have posted here before but I've fallen victim to lurking for quite sometime.
School is finally over!! So maybe I can comment every night. Congratulations on the new addition to the family.

. Jill your girls are absolutely precious.
I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate your mothers day, it looked wonderful.
I loved the safari pictures it was a great way to end my night after turning in my last assignment ever. Well um, for a while. Can't wait for more
Yay for school being over!

We are almost finished, but then I only get a week off before summer school starts.
It's Disney money, though, so that helps my attitude.
I know that my kids were always grateful for their summer breaks. I hope you have some fun planned for yours!
*******************************
School is officially in its last days.
We know that because we got our beloved, yet dreaded 'Close Out' package at yesterday's faculty meeting.
It means another year is coming to an end, so a break is near. It also means there is a mountain (think Everest) of paperwork to be done. Books have to be counted. Equipment has to be checked off and stored. Report cards have to be done and copied. Cumulative folders have to be marked and put in order. Running Records, DIBELS, and STAR Math tests have to be given and recorded. Kids have to be controlled, because they are like horses at the gate ready to get out of school. We have to continue to teach for the next grade up, which in third grade means a lot of focus on multiplication and cursive writing.
It's a busy time, but it's also nice that we can be a little more relaxed and have some fun with the kids, which is always enjoyable.
Have a good day!
