Let me say Congratulations on sorting out your Disney itinerary! Sounds exhausting! But you are a lot younger than me! You had me confused when you switched your date numbering system from Aussie to American!
I think your plan to hit the MK and then slow down for breakfast is a good idea. My problem would be after eating at each of those places, I would want to go back to the resort and take a nap!
I don't think that they were getting the desired turnout with Fantasmic! running nightly so they cut it to two nights a week.
As far as your ADRs, I have not eaten at many of these places or it was another meal.
Kona Cafe - I plan on trying this one too, in the Fall
Marrakesh - never eaten here, but I love Morroccan food
Cinderella's Royal Table - Had breakfast here, good, but the draw is the castle and characters
Via Napoli - This opened since my last trip, but I'd like to try it too
Ohana - We may try this on our trip in May, it looks good!
Hoop-Dee-Doo - Never been here, heard mixed reviews
Crystal Palace - Been here for lunch, it was really good and fun!
I've eaten at these before
Sci-Fi - This was a fun place and the milkshakes are reaaly good
Coral Reef - I hope you get a table next to the aquarium, the food has really gone down hill.
Jiko - I really like this place, the last two times we've eaten there were part of the Sunset Safari so it was a fixed menu. The Barbecue Chicken Flatbread with Apple-Jicama slaw, African barbecue sauce, and four cheeses is really good!
Boma - I wasn't so impressed with this place, I just didn't care for the flavors. You can also get the zebra domes separately at the Mara. Be careful, if you eat too many you can get a buzz! They have alcohol in them.
Le Cellier - By the time you go, it will be a Signature at Dinnertime. I am hoping that when it becomes a Signature that it will improve. I had lunch here and wasn't all that impressed, but I prefer a Rib Eye steak to a Filet or New York and they don't offer that at lunch, and only as a Prime Rib at dinner.
I was wondering if you knew about the complimentary Kitchen tour at AKL?
Also were you aware of the Sunset Safari which is only open to guests at the Lodge? It's a very pricey tour, but it includes a huge dinner at Jiko and and up close and personal animal experience that you will never get anywhere else.
