How exciting that your room was ready. After driving all night, that is a relief. I don't know how you'll stayed up all day then drove all night and it seems like you'll be going all day again before resting.

Can't wait to hear about Epcot.

Just read your trip report love it. You have a beautiful family. We were there the first week of June and if not before I will be back for Mardi Gras!!!! Yes I am from Louisiana too. My son was named after Jackson in Steel Magnolias...

I'm so glad your room was ready! We stayed at Music in 2006, it looks like the rooms have been rehabed since then. Such a bright resort.

Can't wait to hear about Epcot.

I had napped during the day before we left, so I was good. Ben on the other hand, not so much.

We stayed at the Ft. Wilderness Cabins in 07, but that was all paid for by my MIL & I had no say in it at all.

and thank you! I said if I had a boy I was going to name him Jackson, but Ben shot down that name idea.

What a nice bit of Disney magic to have the room ready. THANK HEAVENS! You certainly deserved it after that long drive with the crying princess. I like ASMusic too. We stayed there with our 3 year old grandson 8 years ago and really enjoyed it. He loved the pool!

I wanted to cry when she said our room was ready! Actually, I could have kissed her! The pool was the boys best part! Now Koby says when we go back we have to do ASMovies!

I'm in! Sorry about your little Shelby crying in the car. We are, for better or for worse, too far away for us to drive. It makes the trips more expensive and less often but after reading about your drive, I'm thinking maybe its better. Can't wait for more.

I started it over the weekend, so that is probably why you missed it. You didn't miss much, just the drive & getting to our resort. I will start Epcot tonight!

You have been a busy girl with all of the updates - I've finally gotten caught up! First of all, you guys were making very good time getting to Disney World, it is always better at night when there is no traffic. I felt so sorry for your little Shelby, though. They just want their beds, I understand that! And then to be teething, the poor thing.

I loved all of the signage pics as you were getting closer and closer to Disney World. They always get me soooo excited for what is just around the corner!

Three cheers for your room being ready when you got there. What a nice surprise! Can't wait to see how your morning at Epcot goes.

We made very good time! I was impressed! She was miserable the entire drive!

The signs pretty much had me bouncing in my seat!

I was so amazed that our room was ready for us when we got there!

No she was not, poor baby was miserable! I am hoping that the fever spiked right before I realized it. I am very proud of my boys on the ride there & back. At the parks, not so much.

I see nothing wrong with jumping up & down at the Disney sign! That was my 2nd trip & I have done it both times! Last time I was busy slapping Ben's arm

We were all happy to be out of the car & walking around! I really liked the resort!

I'm loving your trip report! My SIL and I always joke how we cry when we arrive and walk through the tunnel at MK, cry when we leave (always saving Wishes for the finale of trip) and as we age, several other times throughout the trip!

I hope so too!!! I am so ready to start planning!!! I was thinking of holding off until I know exactly when (or if) we are going, but I am not sure I can do that! And thanks! I definitely don't want people to read & then say "this is too boring....NEXT!"
