A timeshare Broker

Hello all,
We are looking to add on 50 points with a June use year and atimeshare.com has one available that we are about to make an offer on. We originally bought 160 points from TTS last year and they were fantastic.
I was just curious if anyone has worked with this place or if anyone knew anything about them?
They seem like a legit place, but just doing my Due Diligence before I dive in for these points. The ladies name is Carrie Stinchcomb.

I know that others on the boards have purchased thru Carrie. I've spoken to her myself a couple of times about contracts but ended up finding different ones that worked better. I would have felt comfortable in purchasing thru her though based on feedback.

I purchased a Saratoga Springs contract with Carrie a couple of years ago. She was excellent. While other resale brokers did not want to spend the time to look for what I wanted and what I was willing to pay, Carrie went the extra mile and found exactly what I wanted.

Yes Carrie is great, I have used her 2x for purchases

Small contracts come and go quickly. I would suggest to get on the list of all the resale brokers for DVC and let them know what you are looking for so they can call you when these small contracts come up. Many of them don't even hit the websites.
