A little while back, the Port cam was not directed at the Disney ships, but was looking at other cruise ships. We all were chagrined that this was so, so I wrote to the Port Authority asking them if it could be changed back. Of course, it was changed back before this answer but this was their reply back to me today. Thought you'd be interested in the response.
"Port cam is directed by the engineers at WKMG-TV in Orlando. They do try to vary the views."
Well, at least we know who is responsible !
