I want to thank all the 100+ cast members who gave up thier Saturday to handle this special reservations.

I know many people were probably not happy having been on hold for nearly an hour. Hopefully no one took it out on you guys.

I wish I remembered my CMs name. She was very pleasant and helpful. I was so anxious about getting my room. I forgot her name. Hopefully she reads this and remembers me. I was probably one of her first calls.

Sometimes in this hectic world of ours, we forget to say thank you.
 
Definitely a HUGE thank you to all the cast members that made today a great day.

We truly thank you for everything that you do!

Thank you! I am sure it is a trying day for you all.

I would hope everyone going into this has the expectations of being on hold for a long time and would not take any frustrations out on the CM handling the call. We all had to wait, I was so happy when they picked up!

If you are a person who feels you need to be nasty to the CM< take a chill pill.

Bobbi, I've had Stewart help me a couple of times. He is great, isn't he.

They did a wonderful job. I had Guisippe (I'm sure I've butchered that name).

So a great big thank you to all the cast members who came in today to make it such a wonderful.

A great big thank you to Robin as well who set up an impromptu chat. It helped those of us on hold and it was fun sharing the excitement with my fellow DIS'ers.

We are going to have a blast!
 
Hi pumpkinboy!!!

Yes, I'm pleased with how Stewart handled the call. I had to deal with a curve, I couldn't just use 2 of the as yet unused '05 VWL points (we aren't in the 11 month period to make the ressie), and I couldn't bank the other VWL points because we weren't in the use year yet, so I wasn't able to use 2 '05 VWL points. Now, only someone in DVC perhaps could understand that my careful planning of what we were going to do in '06 could be thrown by having to borrow 2 extra BWV '06 points.

What can I say, except, yipee!

PS. Today's BC vs. ND football game tears my family in two! I have to admit, this branch of the family is ND all the way!
 
I spoke with Jennifer, who deserves many kudos. When I told her that my sil was on hold with MS waiting to book their room, and that we would like connecting rooms, she arranged a conference call, took both of membership info, and booked our rooms together. We not only received great service, but she was friendly and full of information. If the service we receive on the cruise is as good as the service we recieved from Jennifer, this will truly be an event to remember!
 
Well all I can say is MS made my day and obviously many others too!! I also do not recall the name of the CM I spoke with this morning but am grateful that they worked this morning to make another magical experience for DVC members. It was worth the wait. A big THANK YOU!!! Annmarie
 
A Big Thank You from us too! The CM that helped me was just wounderful!!She also said that by working today she didn't get a day off this week. So with this said Thank You for all that you do!!::yes::
 
Another who doesn't remember the CM's name who I spoke to this AM. :wave2:

What I do remember is that even though they had to know there were many, many callers on hold and trying to get through, never during the conversation did I sense any type of urgency from her to rush through the call. She was more than willing to make small talk and tell me how much we are going to love this cruise and all. I think I was more anxious about getting off the phone than she was.
 
Another HUGE thank you to the CMs who worked today... and to Robin for setting up the chat. I was thrilled to get through and when my CM asked how I was doing I told her I was so excited to speak with her!
