Okay, you guys, you are all so sweet, and you're far too kind in your comments. I just didn't want to keep on going if it was getting too boring, repetitive, stupid or whatever, or if it was beginning to feel like this was just a place for this proud MeMom to come and show off her kids and grandkids.
I'm glad you enjoy the pictures. I enjoy taking them, and I like to try to find new things and different angles that you might not notice if you're just walking by in a Disney-happy stupor, focused on the castle and heading toward the rides.
I'm glad you all feel like friends, too. I love it when you talk to each other - complimenting each others' cute kids, giving advice, answering questions others have, etc. I really do think it would be fun if everyone could have a big meet someday, although I know that's not very realistic.
twob4him - Your girls are precious in those Thanksgiving outfits. Looking at those faces, it is obvious that you have much to be thankful for every day! Brooklynn would have a ball following your big girls around and playing dress up and tea party.
tinkgurl - Thanks for sharing your picture. That first bus ride to wherever you go on any Disney trip is an exciting one! Old Key West is such a pretty resort.
Megablocks - You could have just kept thinking I wouldn't have liked being a cold, enclosed fridge. You didn't have to tell me about it!
I worked at McDonald's as a teenager, and I always stuck a pickle bucket at the door to hold it open whenever I had to go in there to get anything.
Anyway, I guess we will go on with future trip reports, although, they are going to be farther in between now. We had one year of out of this world Disney fortune and fun, and now it's time to get back to reality. I've got some things that must be done around this house - not just cosmetic stuff, but needed things. Jill's got a new baby coming, so she's not free to run around for a while, and every time I go to the grocery store, Trent's jar of extra crunchy peanut butter goes up a few cents!
Have you all noticed in the store, things are up a nickel, a dime, a few pennies here and there? It all adds up! Drew is starting his classes in January, and he's going to have to have help with that. Disney is going to be getting a little less of my money in the coming year while I take care of things in my own little nest. The March trip is probably not going to happen unless I can get a really good deal on a room and a flight. Summer is on, though, and I'm hoping we can do another girl trip in either October or December. We'll see what Jill can arrange at her work for one of the two of those.
Again, I thank all of you for your kind words. I wasn't fishing for any spirit boosting, but I seem to have gotten it. I mostly just didn't want people out there getting bored of the same old stuff. I'd rather us go out being something you enjoyed while it lasted than fizzling out with people saying we should have quit a long time ago. I hope that makes sense to anyone other than me.

This post will be a bunch of shopping pictures from DTD.
But first:
What do you get when you cross a pirate with a potato?
What - you thought that was a joke or something?
Come on; let me hear the answers you were giving out loud.
I think these little green guys are just cute.
Rider in the Sky.
(Do you know about a Riders in the Sky/Woody/Toy Story Midway Mania connection? Check out ridersinthesky.com. Just a little sidenote Disney-Pixar trivia that came to my mind when I saw Woody in the sky.)
I came close to buying this mixing bowl, because I don't have one that has the pouring lip, and I've often thought of getting one.
A few ornaments from the Christmas store.
We're planning to be back in DTD on Tuesday night after a day at Animal Kingdom, so I will be getting many more shopping pictures then. If you have any requests to see particular items/prices, let me know and I'll try to get them for you.
I then got on a bus to the beautiful Coronado Springs Resort. My mission was to take pictures for Nicole, who would be staying there with her brother, David.
That was in the future then, but now it's in the past.
Those pictures coming up next.
