A crazy little half duck half girl was in front of the cool bag I was trying to photograph.

Brooklynn pulling a MeMom.

IMG_4321.jpg

I think she's looking at the ceiling in search of a good picture, don't you?

IMG_4342.jpg

Would the little girl be lucky today?

IMG_4345.jpg

Nope, she is not the rightwise ruler today.

IMG_4346.jpg

Then it was over to Tinkerbell's Tresures.

IMG_4347.jpg

IMG_4348.jpg

Hello, Tinkerbell, are you in there?

IMG_4349.jpg

IMG_4353.jpg

In the bus line ahead of us.

IMG_4358.jpg

That was it for Brooklynn. It was time for some sleep.

IMG_4359.jpg

The plan now was to meet the DVC guy at Pop so he could take us to the tour at Saratoga Springs.

oh, i can just SMELL it!!!! this makes me REALLY want to go back to disney REALLY bad! i just love this show. my other favorite parts are when ariel kisses donald and of course tink and peter pan. :goodvibes

This is just a neat little show, isn't it? I hope we will be able to fit it in at least once next week.

Isn't Brooklyn just the cutest little shopper!! I love the pic of her in the philharmagic gift shop with the Donald hat on! Sooooo cute! And I like the Donald bag behind her too!

Hope you're feeling better before your trip comes! Only a couple more days! You must be super excited! :)

Love the half duck half Brooklynn! So cute! Neat 3D pics. Can't wait to see that for real! Brooklynn looks like a natural doing her parade wave!

Only a few more sleeps and you are off down the road. :cheer2:

Thanks for the Philarmagic pics, it was a nice treat tonight. I wish I could actually touch tinkerbell or catch some of the jewels. I even got gift shop pics too, I can dream a little more about adding to my shopping list. I want that pin. :wizard:
Brooklynn's little wave is too sweet on the carousel pony. :cutie:
I wish I could work in Tinkerbell's Treasures. I'm a little bit of a fan if you havn't noticed. :rotfl:
Take it easy this weekend, rest and pack, you must pack....:mickeyjum

Well that's exactly what it looks like when I take the glasses off :lmao:

So does anyone have 3D glasses at home to see if the pictures work like the show does??? Just curious!

I guess I've never really paid attention in this shop. VERY cute stuff and a really cute girl modeling the merchandise!

The parade wave is great as always!

So you guys leave Monday!!??!! How long are you staying?? My birthday is next week so I think I should definitely squeeze in your car :rotfl:

I didn't realize that you leave on Monday, that's awesome!

I loved the picture of Brooklynn modeling the hat. Thank you posting the PhilharMagic pictures, because while I believe my mother when she tells me that we have seen it, I don't actually remember it.

I'm sure that some would fondly think of me if they saw that "cranky" shirt :rotfl:

I love the ducks that just sit and wait with you at the bus stop. That amused me to no end, as evidenced by the many pictures I have of it.

Somehow I missed commenting on the last few updates -- I wonder how that happened? :confused3

Love the picture of Brooklyn in the duck hat -- that is a very funny hat! Nothing like wearing Donald's backside on your head. :lmao:

Are you getting that surreal feeling of saying, "This time next week I will be there"? I am so excited for you! :goodvibes

Thanks for the Philharmagic pics. :thumbsup2 It's such a cute show... always a must-do for us when we go to the MK!

The photo of Brooklynn trying to pull the sword out of the stone is so cute! :goodvibes

One of my favorite streets.

After lunch, we went out to meet the DVC guy at luggage services.

Brooklynn was going to stay and play in the the kids' area.

A very nice young lady began to talk with us about DVC and for some reason, the conversation got sidetracked over to me and my love for Disney.

After asking a few questions, the girl couldn't understand why I wasn't already a DVC member.

Committment. That's why. I can't make promises to a future I can't predict in an area like this. If I can afford it, I go, and if I can't, I'm not paying every month for something I shouldn't be.

Anyway, I redirected the conversation back to the young people, because this was John's idea. If they get DVC, they'll get their money's worth, but at 51, I'm doubting I will get forty years of trips out of it.

A sneak peek at the Animal Kingdom Villas.
They make joining DVC very inviting.

The tour was at SSR, but the rooms definitely made you feel like you were in AKL.

Next up, SSR rooms.

Oh wow!!! I love the DVC tour!! I swear, you have the best pics ever!!!

The DVC rooms are so beautiful! We would love to be members, but we think like you Memom. We go when we have the $.

This was the only resort I had not been to before, other than Shades of Green, if that counts, so I went exploring.

I'm almost positive it was Dawn who I learned about these Disney horses pictures from, so I had to go find them and see them myself.

sigh.......this makes me want to go back to SSR so bad! i loved that place - so peaceful! the morning i got up early and just walked around taking pictures was so nice. i wish i was there now! glad you found the horses. ;)

So you may have noticed that I am working fast and furiously to get this finished by Monday a.m., which is the last time I'll be on a computer that I can post pictures with. When I go to school Monday, I'll be able to 'talk', but not 'draw'. :)
I am skipping over bunches of pictures so that I can put this Magic Camel in the stable before we leave for the Thanksgiving trip.

Jill and I talked about her doing an October report, hopefully when she gets internet at home for her Christmas present. We also talked about a title for a Thanksgiving report, if you guys are interested in reading another long drawn out report by a boring old school teacher. Really, if you guys are sick of hearing about/from us, please just be honest and say so. I don't want to you to feel obligated to read and reply just because you're all just too kind to see someone ignored. We enjoy getting together with you all and getting to know you though this venue, but we've been here a long time, and it may be time to just pass the torch and let you move on to new, fresh people so that we don't just drive you to boredom with the same old faces and places.

Still walking around Saratoga Springs.

This is the kids' TV in the check-in area.

Then I walked over to Downtown Disney.

First stop was Goofy's Candy Company. The trip was almost over, so I needed to pick up a few edible souvenirs for some little boys and some big boys.

This amused me. I assumed that is why people read my TR, cause they posted one time & then are stuck getting silly e-mails from me all the time! :rotfl: But the reality is probably a lot closer to why I'm reading this. Not only does writing a TR help you to relive the memories, reading other peoples help you relive the memories too!

I'll be there the same time as you & will be quite interested in how your trip is so totally different than ours at the exact same place! :cloud9:
