I've never heard of 4D ultra sound before. I can't wait to see what it looks like. How wonderful to see his/her little face. I hope the little one co operates and you will be able to see pirate or princess .
Brooklynn looks so cute with her bug glasses.
Jill would really like to know what she's having so she can shop for a few special WDW outfits in November, so I hope the little one cooperates, too.
Love the pic of Brooklyn with her glasses on upside down! So cute!
I can't wait to see all the baby gear! During my first trip in 2006 I didn't pay attention to that stuff, babies were FAR from my mind. Little did I know I would find myself pregnant just a few short months later! I'm sure they have oodles of adorable things!!
They have some cute things. Not so many, but enough that you can find a few so the baby can have some official WDW outfits. I really didn't pay that much attention to the boy things, so I can't say about those. When we went in 2006, we already knew we were shopping for a girl.
Love the picture of Brooklyn in her upside down glasses. That's such a fun age. Maybe Jill will trade me my 17 year old for her two year old???
She is at a fun age. She loves to read books, and she is so cute as she repeats what she has memorized.
I am going to guess that Jill will pass on the 17 year old, though, since she recently recalled to me what she was like at 17. She was a dream compared to many, but she still got her little know-it-all attitude occasionally. I think that it is a requirement to treat your mom like an idiot before you can pass to the next level of teenager-ness. It didn't last long, though, and overall, we did very well through her teenage years.
I love you AK Pics and update. Brooklynn is so cute in her bug glasses. That is such a fun show.
She did pretty well in it, considering parts of it are a little intense for a two year old. I really think she was more aware and a tiny bit more fearful this time than she was when she did it last summer, but she didn't cry or scream or anything. I think she was just a little tense through certain parts of it, but she was fine by the time we left, so no harm done.
I'm due on April 25th, so a couple of weeks behind you!
Have you suffered from any sickness at all? I've had it very badly for the last two weeks but found out that its actually my pregnancy vitamin that was making me sick! So I have switched to regular folic acid and am feeling loads better now!
Since Jill may not get to you for a while, I'll answer a little. She's had a time or two here and there that she's been nauseated, but nothing much. I was sick while I was carrying her for the first four and a half months, so she's very lucky. I thought I'd never get over morning sickness, but I finally did - hallelujah!
So, now we've got three new babies on the way - yours, k_reile, and Jill. Along with a whole Disney bus load of cute little kids that are aready here in the Magic Camel Dis family!
Hi MeMom and BrooklynnsMommy! I'm really enjoying the TR. Brooklynn is such a cutie! I have an almost-2 year old and we're going to AK for the 1st time later this month. I've heard that It's Tough to be a Bug can be a little frightening. How did Brooklynn handle it? I'm still debating on bringing DD to that one.
She was a bit tense at moments, but nothing big. She had done it when she was younger, and she never blinked at eye at any of it. I guess she was too little to really figure it out then. This time, being a little more aware of what was going on, I could tell she was a little more puzzled by it all. I thought she was going to get upset once or twice, but she never did. I'd just say sit near an exit so that you can walk out if it is too much for your daughter. There were several people who left during our show, so it is perfectly fine to do so, if needed.
Aww Tina checked you in? She's so nice. I miss her. Just think...if i had still been an employee i could've checked you in...or delivered a special pkg to your room...anyway...this particular picture made me homesick...but in a good way...
i agree with everyone else...that is too cute. it would be cool to hear brooklynn say "magic camel" and "Kick-et, sign da book?" in her cute little baby voice. maybe next trip when you take your video camera
I loved the pic of Brooklynn kissing Piglet. Did Jill and Brooklynn mind the spotlight at Laugh Floor?
I'm up to pg 23 post 339. i'm slowly catching up.
Yeah, I hate that you left before we got there. We had a good room. We were in the Mickey Phone building, third floor, just around the corner from the Goofy jets. We were right across from the red yo-yo facing the lake.
Jill did a great job when they were in the spotlight. Brooklynn didn't really know what was happening, so she just sat there. As for me, I froze in place so that they wouldn't inch that light over toward me!
If you look at the posts from last weekend, you'll hear Brooklynn talking in the video we did here at home. We will do better at video on future trips; we promise!
So now, this way to Harambe.
You are entering Harambe.
I'm not sure what this guy was doing with the okapi.
Hippo pool.
Now you see him.
Now you don't.
That's Brooklynn's little blonde head in the bottom of the picture.
Good thing Dawn is in Disney World and won't be reading this tonight. You know how she is about b-i-r-d-s.
Alligators.
The scenery.
A temporary stop for this guy to cross.
I love the safari, and this is why:
These guys were just hanging out being lazy and trying to stay cool.
