This trip was a surprise for my two kids and so after some short introductions I will post the video of them figuring out what their big surprise was for Easter!
There's some background about the trip also in my PTR-the link is in my siggie. My PTR also covers my summer trip which is coming up in just 74 days!! Wahoo!!
Okie dokie...on to the specifics:

wife, mom of 2, and 2nd grade teacher. I'm the major planner, love all things Disney, and am pretty loud, silly, and goofy! People that know me would say I am outgoing but that's only if I know you...if not, I am VERY shy. Even have a hard time joining in on the DIS on some threads. So, if you're reading along please feel comfortable here and join in!!!
DH, John. Soon to be 39..hehehe! He's an electrical engineer by trade but is in the management side of things nowadays. He loves Disney as much as me but just isn't as *loud* about it if you know what I mean.
DS, Ben, 9. Ben is just like me but without the shyness. He's usually smiling and goofing around. Ben loves Disney, especially the restaurants, Star Wars, and Legos.
DD, Ellie, 7. Ellie is like her daddy and tends to be very reserved. She got an extra helping of shyness but has come a long way. She's a happy girl that loves to read, loves Disney as much as her momma, and can occupy herself happily without electronic gadgets. She also
to draw and is quite good we think.
This trip came to be mostly because we bought DVC in October and had all of '09 points included in our contract. So we banked them and got to planning some trips!! We had this short trip, our bigger summer trip, and then another short trip at Christmas! We got AP's on this trip!!
We decided to fly since this trip was so short and ended up with great airfare out of Dulles (Washington, DC). John's sister, Laura, lives very close to that airport and she graciously agreed to put us up and take us to and pick us up from the airport. We were very grateful to her for that so we didn't have to worry about our car while gone! Plus, we don't get to see them as often as we'd like so it was wonderful to be there for Easter and spend some time with them.
I think that's a good start so I'll close here and get this thing really started!!
