A suprisingly good table service lunch?

On DDP, we typically use our counter service at lunch and our table service for dinner. As luck would have it, we can have a leisurely table service after checking out of our room on day of departure. Any suggestions? :3dglasses

I guess it depends on where you are staying and which park you are going to. I really want to try Kona and GFC for lunch as well as Tonys and Chefs.

The only TS lunches we have done are Le Cellier, MM and 50's PT and all three have been very good

Where are you staying? Will you have a car or rely on Disney transportation? In park or out?

One of my favorites is the Turf Club at SSR. Very rarely busy, food is excellent. If it's nice, sit out on the patio, you can see the water & the golf course.

If you want to go somewhere a little earlier, Boma for a late breakfast/brunch. You can get a 10:45am seating and have a leisurely meal. Then can walk around AKL, see the animals.....

If you'd prefer to be near MK, you could try Kona or GFC or The Wave.

Those are just a few ideas :goodvibes

We'll have a car and our park passes will be active even though it's our last day in Disney. We have the ability to go anywhere....just don't know where to go! These are great recommendations though.

I suggest Teppan Edo in Epcot. Lunch menu almost identical as the dinner menu, food was plentiful, and pretty darn good.

Our last meal of each and every trip is lunch at LTT. I get the pot roast, Bill gets the Pilgrims Feast and Will gets the fried cheese.

We have had nice lunches at Chefs de France (the best of our experience hands down), Kona, and the Plaza.

Our favorite lunches are Brown Derby, Teppan Edo and Chefs de France :)

We enjoy Chefs de France for a nice lunch - it's always tasty and we think a better location for lunch rather than dinner. :goodvibes

Whispering Canyon Cafe gives you tons of good food. It's not really crowded at lunch either, or wasn't the day we went. If you like WCC, or have never tried it, it's fun. Good food. Way too much of it. :)

I agree - this is a great lunch.

There are so many good places to go though!!!

A nice surprise for us for lunch was the Plaza Restuarant in Magic Kingdom. Food and service were excellent. We chanced it last year in Oct and walked up we could get a table within the hour. It was really good. Try it I think you will like.:goodvibes

Plaza has become a must do for us every year. And this year we made it our final meal while at Disney. We totally agree...try it, you will like it (and be sure to get the hot fudge sundae).

I just called to get a lunch adr for LeCellier on 11/19 (our last day) at 11:55.
