This a thread dedicated to supporting each other as we pursue healthy goals together (We Are Inspired to Stay Healthy).

About me-your host for the month-I’m Sandra, a 64 years old and retired from 25 years working in public and school libraries. I lost 60+ pounds with Weight Watchers years ago, but these last couple years I struggle over the winter and end up gaining 8-10lbs. Participating in this thread will be one of the ways I hope to avoid those unwanted pounds!
My goal for this month is to continue walking at least 5x a week and continue to lose weight until I am at least 5lbs below my “official “ ww goal weight-
Hope to “see” everyone this month-and please, I know how busy many of you are, so join in as much or as little as you can!
I think it’s so amazing I get inspiration from not only from those of you around the US, but Germany and Australia!
