I have a straight talk phone (from walmart) and have never used anything more advanced than the most basic flip phone. We are going to Disney in a few weeks and my screen cracked. I need a camera anyway so I figured perhaps I could get a 2 in 1. Phone and camera. Those are the most important requirements for me. I don't use it a lot for internet as I usually have my laptop with me every where I go. Anyone with first hand experience have any recommendations, or tell me one to stay away from? Also I want to spend $200 or less (although I prefer less than $100)

I had a Samsung Proclaim with Straight Talk that I really liked. It had a camera, and I loved the SWYPE technology. It used the Verizon network. I had some issues with it in my area so I wound up terminating it.

Do you know about the straight talk bring your own phone plan? It allows you to use any T-Mobile or AT&T GSM phone (except Blackberry and a couple of others) and you only have to buy a $15 sim card from Straight Talk. Now if you are on the $35 it won't work, you have to use their $45 plan. There are tons of T-Mobile and AT&T phones on Ebay with your qualifications for around $50.

Horseshowmom, Do you still have it? I could do a little research and possibly buy it from you. Can pay via paypal.

I'm sorry. I actually sold it on eBay about a month ago. I really did like the phone though. As I mentioned, I really liked the swype technology where you just drag your finger to text (also had voice text, but the swype was nice when you didn't want to speak).
