A Sizzling Hot Summer in WDW TR June/July 2025

Our seats our right next to the open kitchen. Very cool to watch all the action.


We decide to do the chef special for ribeye for two and at 40% off it is wonderful deal.

I get a wine from Spain.



We have yummy apps and cheese and meat plate.



My son meal includes hummus and veggies.


More drinks!


My son picked out the fish to try. He has been trying more fish and even if he does not like it , it is okay, since he already hamburger.

My son thought the fish was okay. Yeah, I will take it.
Our entree!
Look at the ribeye! It tastes soo good. Melts your mouth soo flavorful.


The sides are just as good.

The mash potatoes are soooo good!! I could like the bowel!


Then the dessert is great. Each bite is a new wonderful delight.


My mom got a lovely espresso martini.



This was such a wonderful, amazing restruant!


And I cannot get over these ceiling!


This restaurant is amazing! It really should get more love. The service was great. The food and drink was amazing! Views are breathtaking and the ceilings are spectacular! Highly suggest coming here. The only cons are it is hard to come here and there is not a great kid friendly meal.

We take the bus first bus again that takes to Epcot then to OKW.


We walk over to our room and my son sees this game. He convinces me to play a short game. My son loves it and he was soo good at the restruant.



We go back to our room and relax and go to bed. What a wonderful evening.

Overall review of this. We looved the space in these rooms. The best space and storage. Bed was comfortable. AC was amazing!! It did not turn off if u stopped moving. We looved it. We did not have any one above us either and loved the location. Cons: 2nd floor and no pull down bed. We bought an air mattress for our son, which fit since it was soo big.

Ohh also.... there was a thunder storm near by and we found out they cannot deliver our suitcases untill it has passed. Something we have never thought about at Akl.
Next we went shopping for groceries we went to Costco which filled out most of our needs. We will be eating a lot in our kitchen to help save money. We ate dinner with one of their delicious

Day 6:
Epcot day and 626 day! Which for all of stitch fans is unofficial stich day. So we wear all of our stitch merch today

We are doing rope drop again like always. So we eat breakfast in our room and head out to our bus. The busses here have been soo convenient and just look how empty they are.




We go to our first line and I notice how close we are to the front so we will go with mad rush to Gardians ride.

They have u que up in different stages. So first putside the ride then they move u thorough. I love all the details of this ride. Soo does my son since he is a huge marvel fan.




We make it on the ride pretty quickly once the park opens up.

Rope dropping this was such a great way to start. This is my fav ride in all of Wdw.
We always just stay to the sides since the pre-show can get squishy and that can cause my son issues.

Next we head over to Living with the Land pavilion and we go to Soarin. The line is still short. And guess what a girl and her mom handed my son a stitch toy they made with their 3d printer to celebrate 626 day to all the people wearing stitch stuff. Soo cute.

My son played with it the whole restaurant of the trip.
We go to the soarin ride next.


It is such a classic.

Next on to with Living with the Land. And no wait. My son loooves the ride. He talks his whole way through it about all the plants. His school as a gardening club for the chickens and veggie garden they have soo he looves this stuff now.



It is soo funny behind us the kids thought it was boring and heard them say I don't want to learn things on vacation... while my son is the exact opposite... he looves learning all the things.


Next we had over the Seas Pavilion right next door. Again another walk on for Nemo and man I we loving the Pavilions to stay in the AC!
We got to the Nemo ride. Again another fav of my son.

And now we live in the Seas Pavilion. Good news it has good ac!
We check out the manatees first.

My son spent soo my time in the shark tank.








They had a scuba divers in there cleaning the tank and they had fun with the kids. Including fist bumping my son. The kids loved the scuba diver. The diver even did little jokes in the water with them too.

Next we head over to the Imagination pavilion.

We got to see our pal Figment!




I keep trying to convince my son to do a pic with Figment but my son say he looks scary and weird... which to be fair he kind of is... lol.
So we leave.
And everytime we pass by this fountain. My son is memorized by them. He just finds it crazy it goes up instead of down.


Next we head to world showcase. The big question... And which do we choose.... Mexico or Canada?

Neither! The boat!




We found out the boat recently changed and goes to Germany instead of Morocco.... so change of plans.

Ohh get a cool view of the ship in the American pavilion.

We check out the mini train area.
My sons first love was mini trains. He does not hyperfocus on them in more but still likes them. Soo we spent some time looking at it and checking it out.





We decide let's eat at Regal Eagel. It has ac and lots of seating.

The lunch will open up in 5mins.
We got drinks out front waiting for lunch to open up.

We are not beer people so we had fun with tennesse lemonade and my fav Frozen Mint Julep! That frozen drink hit the spot.

Man do we loove the ac in here too!!
Soo my son and my mom are eating sandwiches they packed. I knew I wanted lunch in world showcase so no packed lunch for me.
I ordered some yummy food.
Including I got the kids meal mac and cheese. I do love the kids meal deals... soo much more affordable.

Their mac and cheese here is amazing!! Taste like restaurant quality mac and cheese.
And I even got watermelon included with it, corn bread and a water.


My son helped me with the watermelon.
Then I order a dessert. This really hit the spot in the heat.


Overall such a great lunch spot esp if u have some in your party doing a packed lunch. Esp since it had AC and seating which is a hard thing to have in the worldshowcase.
And of course it is muppets themed!

Ahh thanks! The fun and relaxation part comes from pre negotiating everything a head time get those arguments out early

Next we head to Japan.
And we decide to check out the store because it will have AC!


This store amazing. Soo many fun stuff inside. We could easily spend soo much money here.

I love how space ship earth is framed here. It is the coolest photo spot.







Next we go to France. My son and mom are getting too hot they said. Ee got on to the ratitutue ride. We did have to das that ride since it was a long wait.

After the ride mom and me really wanted a cold drink!
I decide to wait in a long line for the ice cream shop.
It takes a bit to get in but man is it soo worth it. My son gets vanilla ice cream... he is not adventures with his food.
I get a martani icecream!! You get to pick your own icecream with it and get 2 scoops.










It was soo good!! As I was walking around with it soo many people asked where I got it from

My mom did not wait in the long line and she found a nice spot inside the shade after she got her frozen slushie martini drink.


She was happy too. Everyone got all yummy cold treats. Cold was the most important part!

After the yummy frozen treats. Everyone wanted to call it quits. In the world showcase is just soo hot. So we head back to our room. We take the bus over and it is just soo super cute. We keep heading back over around 1ish. That seems to be the point everyone ia just too hot in our Colorado group.

Now it is Old Key West wind down time. My son decided to pain his cute little disney craft we got at the outlets for only 1.99.





My mom and me do a yoga workout. Stretch out all those sores muscles following my ifit vidoes.


Then we decided it is drink time!


We love this little bar!

We ate a combo of left overs from last night with potatoes we got from Costco. That steak ribeye from Toledos last night still tasted amazing!


And then chilled and relaxed for the evening.

Day 7:
Today we are taking a break from Disney... I know blasphemy.
Today we go to NASA. The drive is not to bad at all.

We bought tickets online but still have to go to ticket booth to have them give you paper copies.


Pretty cool that they had an astronaut person outside of the gates to take pics with.




Then we are let in.


We got to Gateway first. Goal was to ride the ride before they became a long way... jokes on us... they don't open them till 15 to 30 mins after the rest of the park opens up... bah.

We have fun looking around all the stuff while we wait for the ride to open up.


Love they identify what actually flew in space.


So ride opens up... longer lines now of course. We choose the slowest one of course... lol. You get a choice of 4 different rides. The ride reminds me like star tours and sorin.


We head back out and checked out more of the rockets in the rocket gardens.

Next up we have reservations for the bus tour. We paid for the longer one. There is a shorter bus tour that is free.

They have a cute waiting area for u in the shade always important in the heat.


Then we board our bus.




They drive us around check out all the cool sites. You get more sites on this longer bus.





Sadly since there was lightning in the area they could not let us off the bus.

More spots:



They drop you off at Apollo visitor.
Then they have u go to the Apollo control tower simulator.



This simulation soo cool... rattles the building... you feel and see how it would have been like to be in the control tower of one of those rocket launches.

Then u get to see an Apollo rocket. This thing is huge!!!






We also ate lunch. They have cafeteria here and we could grab a seat and table and eat with this shuttle as our view. We did another packed lunch, we like to save money where we can.
