A Simple Guide to Making an Autograph Book

Hi MusicMouse!! I love your 8x8 autograph pages!!! I will be using them for our up coming Disney trip. I was wondering if you will be making any geared towards the Disney Cruise Characters? Also do you do 8x10 journal covers? I'm looking for one for my sister in law who will be taking their first cruise in 2012. If you do could I get one personalized with a picture of the Disney Dream saying:

Thank you, I am so happy that you like my DISigns! I'm sorry, but right now I don't have any plans to make cards for Cruise Characters. I have listed several DISigners in post #1 that do cruise cards, and I know that some of them do journal covers as well. I would suggest that you browse through their photobuckets until you find something that you like and then leave a request at the end of that DISigner's thread. Alternatively, you could put a request as a new thread on the main board.

Reworked a lot of my ADRs last night after booking our 2 CP packages yesterday morning (YES!!!). Now, I have my final ADR list with all of our character meals set. Loving the new meal cards MusicMouse!! Keep 'em coming, I'm almost done, hehe!

Got your new Chef Mickey's, new 'Ohana, new H&V, new Tusker House, new Cape May, & new Garden Grill. All I need is the 1900 Park Fare breakfast & dinner & I'm all set!! Thank you so much MusicMouse! I would never have gotten my 1st autograph book & moved on to a Character meal specific one without your hard work & your encourgement & answering my 50thousand questions!!

BTW, I just got my 8x11 autograph book that I ordered thru Snapfish, it was delivered yesterday afternoon. It turned out so awesome!! Thank you so much for all your help!! You rock!!

Please give me advice on my cover of the autograph books. I printed out a cover I needed on card stock paper so then here are my choices-

1. Laminate the cardstock cover and then bind it to the pages. (Too Flimsy?)
2. Wrap the cardstock around cardboard for the front and back and get it punched through to bind it.
3. Wrap cardstock on cardboard, laminate then bind

PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR OPINION> I will go to printers tomorrow.

I'm so glad that your autograph book turned out so well. Wow, you are doing a ton of character meals! Your kids must be so excited!! I am working on CRT today, but I promise that I will get to 1900 PF by the end of the week.

Door #1! Door #1! (Sorry, I think my boys and I have watched too many game shows this summer ). Seriously, though, the first option will be fine. It should be sturdy enough. If you are really worried, you can have the printers put on a sturdy plastic back cover when they bind it.

LOL MusicMouse, no rush!! It is occupying my mind while we countdown to December!

We are doing a lot of character meals. I hadn't realized how many until I was trying to rework ADRs last night, lol. I'm excited, boys have no idea!! The whole trip is their surprise Christmas present this year! I'm having a hard time keeping my mouth shut! But it is 1 character meal per day that we're there, except for our 1st MK day, I made an ADR for 1900 Park Fare for dinner since the MK closes at 7pm for the Christmas party. I'm doing it more because it is my youngest 1st Disney trip! I want tons of pictures, lol!

Your CRT are beautiful!!! I love those colors!! I didn't book CRT or Akershus, lol. Didn't think my boys would be too happy with those. 1900 Park Fare I did more for the Steps than anything else.
Quick question, hopefully someone can answer. I've noticed the Tigger & Pooh cards for the 1900 PF breakfast. Are they alway there? I'll include them anyway but I didn't realize they were, I thought it was just Mary, Alice & the Mad Hatter. Almost makes me wonder, since the Pooh characters are so easy to find, if we should skip Crystal Palace.... opinions??

Thank you, Evan! I am trying to get a complete set of character meal cards in 4x6 and 8x8 finished before school starts again and I have to buckle down and defend my doctoral dissertation. You should totally do a separate book for your character meals! They are easier to carry around than those giant autograph books (or maybe it's just mine that are giant because I tend to get carried away ).

Thank you! I have boys that are 7 and 4 and I made them do Akershus so that I could see the princesses. When we went there last year Cinderella left a huge lipstick kiss on my oldest and he was grinning from ear to ear for the rest of the meal! Tigger and Pooh are always part of the 1900 PF breakfast right now (to go with the "British Characters" theme). Don't skip the Crystal Palace - the food is good there and it's the only way to guarantee that you'll see Piglet and Eeyore. I think the Pooh characters are so prevalent right now because of the release of the movie this summer.
