BLT, I find the location more convenient. Last stop before TTC to go to EPCOT, easy walk to MK.

To me, it would depend on what you are doing the night before BC.
If hanging around, I would do Poly. If MK I would do BLT if Epcot, I would do Poly.

I’d likely opt for Poly studio resort view - assuming you’re looking at the original longhouse studios, they are larger than the very small BLT studios .

It would be the lowest in point option for a single night. Unless have something planned at Magic Kingdom that night, I’d look for something even lower in points elsewhere.

If planning a Magic Kingdom night visit, I’d switch the other way with BLT for the proximity and close walk option.

Agree with this take. My answer is dependent on the make up of your party, and if you meant the longhouse studio or a PIT studio. My first thought is a longhouse studio at Poly but could change based on other factors
