MY daughter, granddaughter and I drove to WDW on April 11th and stayed until April 18th. Short drive so no problem and with GPS got us there with no problems. We stayed at WL and it was a first at this deluxe and it could not have been nicer. The beauty, the theming, the CM's, mousekeeping etc. perfect. I used a travel agent so all the front desk stuff was taken care of except of course payment. I have stayed once at a mod Dixie Landings and loved it also. But once you go deluxe for us we are hooked. IF WL could hide a monorail system behind the woods as not to spoil the theme this would be THE PLACE. NOTHING but NOTHING compares to the monorail system. We stay at CT and love the fireworks from balcony along with monorail. The rooms at the CR are soo classy. I would gladly make WL my new fav IF they had the monorail. Rather than go play by play I will tell u where we ate. First we ate at EOS at DTW and were not disappointed. The restaurant kept the line moving and the place so clean. We did not feel hurried and will go again. Second morning we ate at O'Hana's and it was great. Food brought out family style. We were seated in 5 min of being there. The rest. took pix and they were awesome. Of course they were not free but didn't mind paying for them as they were very good. Next day Le Cellier wow. Bread and Filet was awesome. The soup was waaay to salty. We finally got the coveted ressie and decided to eat there at lunch. We were not on the DP so is was cheaper for lunch and it was worth every cent. One lunch we ate at the Italian sit down without a ressie and was seated outside. The weather was perfect so we loved the table. The food nah we had the gnnochi(SP) and although daughter liked it ok I didn't care for it. I ate a little so I will not go there again. Woofgang Puck we had dinner ADR's and "they" couldn't find them. No matter they sat us pronto and I had the macademia crusted chicken and it was good however luke warm. We shared the volcano wave and it was delissh. Prob. won't go there again. Food good but for the price no way that good. Ate one lunch at LTT and it was great. Flame Tree Barbeque was good at Ak and a real bargain. Oh the Samantha Brown's Grand Marnier orange slushie TO DIE FOR. Now the busses LAWD no matter how early you plan to leave say from anywhere, u may or may not be late for an ADR. You never know if they r going to pick up drop off, loop back around etc. Seriously what's up with the buses? I try and go once a yr and last week was a bussapallooza pitiful. Again can't say enough good things re WL and all the staff. Food yes has been dumbed down and the buses a pitiful mess .
