A/S Beds?

Are the beds at ASmu comfortable? We have requested a King for our trip in November but I know it's not guaranteed. I have been hearing alot of negative things about the beds. I am starting to think $75.00 a night might be worth a refrig, cofee maker & comfy bed at a moderate.

We were there in September of last year and found the beds to be very comfy. Infact I thought the full room refurb included new top mattresses... ours looked brand new atleast.

We've stayed at POR and CBR and found the beds to be more comfortable at ASmu. What we loved was the quality of bedding and pillows!

After our stay at ASmu, we can't justify the cost of a moderate...

I think the beds at the moderates are the same as at the values. At least, I've never noticed a difference! *LOL*

Both value and moderate resorts have two full (double) beds standard, with a king bed room at a higher rate. I believe the handicapped rooms--particularly at the value resorts--also have a king bed to allow space for a wheel chair/ECV and larger bathroom (shower only). I don't believe there are very many king bed rooms at either the value or moderate resorts.

They were fine....sat high though...it was difficult for my 4 year old to climb up them.

We were at ASMu in Jan this year and while our room had been through the rehab, the mattress etc were old. I even pulled the linens and they were marked ASMu and a delivery date years old. It really should have been replaced as there was dip in the middle. I was disappointed after reading they were getting pillowtops. So having a newly rehabbed room will not guarantee a new bed.
