Hi guys, Just wanted to let you know how things went at the workman's comp. hearing. The lawyer for the insurance company is a decent human being. The judge was very experienced, elderly and kind. The judge sent me to the advocates office to get some help because I had not been able to reach her office. Spoke with the advocates office, it was very helpful. Went back to see the judge, he denied the lawyers application to depose the QME doc ( who gave me 100% disability). He ordered the lawyer to send the QME report to my treating doc to see if she agrees(she will). We are to have a phone conference after all the documents are sent back and forth. I feel certain that the judge will order the insurance company to pay me 100% disability.
