There have been quite a few posts lately that have had to be removed because they are not in compliance with the board Posting Guidelines. With the holidays approaching and so many people getting into shopping mode, it's important to keep the following in mind.

Please do not post ISO (in search of) threads where you offer to reimburse someone to purchase and ship an item you're looking for.

Please do not post links (either in your posts or in your signature) to your money-making website. That means your etsy website, your ebay store, your craigslist ad, your paid-to-blog blog or your associated content articles. And it also includes websites owned by your friends and co-workers.

Please do not ask for or offer referrals to rewards websites, Disney VISA friends & family codes or ING referrals.

Please do not offer to sell anything to the next DISer to visit WDW after you. That includes refrigerators, Christmas trees, strollers or your window decorations.

Please do not seek to sell your MNSSHP tickets, your MVMCP tickets, your unused MYW tickets, your unused AP voucher or any other admission media to another DISer because your plans have changed an you cannot use them.

Please do not start a thread offering to rent out your timeshare rental because your plans have changed.

Please do not post offers to sell your remaining SWA credits because they're going to expire soon.

In short, if it involves money changing hands between DISers as a result of your post, it shouldn't be posted. Your cooperation is appreciated!

I saw a post last week about someone wanting to start offering Disney travel planning services-I am assuming for a fee. Those kinds of things are included, too, correct?

Anything involving money changing hands between DISers - even if it is not at a profit - would not be permitted. That would include a travel planner who makes arrangements for just the cost of those arrangements. The exceptions would be posts by approved sponsors of the DIS.
