A Relaxing Holiday! Day 21

Up early and sun is shining ,
So we all get to the pool early.
This is our last full day, and its very hot. DD and her friend, are getting a bit fed up, as I said I would take them to do the water rides. So get them lunch, and we go over to IOA.

Place is crowded, we go on Spiderman, then get them drinks. Walk on round to Toon Lagoon, and we ride on Popeye, was virtually no wait on here which surprised me, maybe people do not want to get wet, after all the rain we have had.
Come off the ride absolutely soaked, we walk across to Dudleys, and queue is really long and actually quite slow. After about 25mins we eventually get on , and was not to bad , but at the end of the ride Me and the guy 2 seats behind me get a direct hit by the quarter guys , and the water is cold. So over to Jurassic Park , bit of a wait here as well, but only about 15mins, enjoy this ride. DD then takes her friend to the shop, as she wants to buy the egg that hatches when you put it in water.
We go on round to Lost Continent and DD and her friend go on The Flying Unicorn, DD likes this ride . we then go back to the hotel and spend an hour in the pool. DD friend is going to the Luau tonight, so she goes off to get ready. Her Mum came to our door about 5:30 and wants to take DD to the Luau , as there is only her and her Daughter and it would be company for her. Our plans where to go to Bubba Gumps for dinner, but DD wants to go so , they said they would be at the pool after the Luau , and not to worry how long we where.
So its only Dw and myself so we go down to Bubbas about 7:00 and get seated straight away, had a nice meal, and DW and me shared a desert.Asked us a few questions about the film and to my amazment I got them right.
We come out and was going to go back to the RPR, but DW says lets go to IOA , she says she is ready to go on the Hulk. So we get into IOA and she is fine , then as we get to where you can see the Ride she is starting to panic, we go through the express and is a bit of a queue, thought she might go out the exit, but we got on ,and we`re off she was not to bad , but she thought the ride was finished when it nearly comes to a stop,[forgot to tell her about that] and she starts the screaming bit.
We get of the ride and she really enjoyed it,[her first rollercoaster] and cannot wait till next year. We go down to look at the pictures and DW decides she wants one, just to prove to everyone she was on it, so we get the pic in the plastic frame.
So go back to RPR, and find DD and her friend at the pool ,get us all drinks, and stay here till pool closing.
Had a good day today, so off to bed .

FINALLY!!!!

We get of the ride and she really enjoyed it,[her first rollercoaster] and cannot wait till next year. We go down to look at the pictures and DW decides she wants one, just to prove to everyone she was on it, so we get the pic in the plastic frame.

I'm so glad your wife enjoyed it ...bet she is kicking herself for waiting soooo long, huh? I just think of how many times she could have ridden it ...like you said, next year..... Oh, and tell her, she can ride with all of us! By the way, what did your daughter say when she saw the picture? Was she mad Mom went on without her? ....or glad she finally did it?

She said ,she wished she had listened to me and got on at the start of our holiday, [but when do you women listen to us men] but its something to look forward to next year.
She said, she will look forward to that, and to tell you, do not forget your earplugs then
yep DD wanted to go on with her, and was sorry she missed it, but she had a good time at the Luau.
