I announced on the RC thread yesterday that there was a change in plans, and then work was busy and I hadn't come back

So I'll update everyone here, and hopefully tomorrow I can and give my RC gals an update there as well. I am back at work this morning, and July can't get here fast enough....

SOOOOO, DH turned 40 yesterday, and we are "celebrating" this trip. AND he really doesn't want to go back to Disney. This is a yearly battle, but he says next year we can do Disney....so I am thinking of planning a December (or January) family trip.....meanwhile.....

Hubs wants more time at the Beach...he didn't specify WHICH beach.

Our first two nights shall be at BEACH CLUB CL, where DH and the boys shall enjoy SAB, and I'm taking the girls to Epcot possibly the Studios....3 nights at Melbourne Beach for R&R, and 5 nights Portofino CL

Love the switch to BC CL!! Well, ask and ye shall receive, right? Sounds like a relaxing time for all...and Portofino CL Its all GREAT!!!

Whatever it takes to get DH in the Disney mood, so be it and a belated happy birthday to Brian! SAB it is and Stone Harbor Club! Was the main reason you switched from Poly for SAB? Walking to Epcot is amazing and I know the girls love SAB, right? I assume you're doing PB before MB?

Hope that work is over soon and you can rest. I'm finishing up sprucing up the new(er) and somewhat improved BWI/BWV thread for re-posting - back to thread toiling....

Sorry Jeanette, how did I miss this?? I think the BC is the perfect spot for some non-park time for your DH! And so easy for you and the girls to hit the parks from. Sounds super good!

Welcome!!! We have a thread for changing ...on the resorts board. We change and chat a lot, so you can find us USUALLY on page one

They are adding a new section, and a train ride..I think, but you can get more info on the Universal threads. They have expanded the Simpsons area a little already. The drive down is usually fine, the way back

My kids are awesome, thank you!! They are getting SO big so fast My Bree (DD now 6) took FOREVER to reach 40 inches. She is being followed by an endocrinologist, we went today and she is 42.5 So she said, MOMMY I CAN GO ON JURASSIC PARK< CAN I DO HULK TOO It'll be a bit before she can do the Hulk...next milestone SPACE MOUNTAIN!!!! 44 inches!!! And Expedition Everest (I think). Am I a rotten Mommy for measuring her growth in related to rides???? She does the same, I've taught her well. She is the smallest child in school, but she is a sweetie and has a great attitude about it. The gym teacher told her "You're the smallest, and the prettiest" So that is her motto

You are not a bad mama! I use to do the same thing. Jessica was always such a tiny little thing .... she was always so sad that she wasn't tall enough for the rides that her big brother could go on. BTW even as an adult she's only a little over 5' 1" ..... my little mighty mite!

I'm 5'2" DH is 6'2", I think the hardest is Kate (who is 11 months older) is the same size and Maddie, and little Bri (16 months younger) is 44 inches....I am so blessed she is healthy, and when it comes to bravery and strength, Mama she is just like Jessica
