i have been asking DS what/where he might like to do/go for graduation. He grads Friday before Memorial Day ~ yuck the crowds ~ June yuck the heat ~ and he does not know which college he is accepted to till December and summer classes for college could be in swing. Spring break ~ yuck the prices; he waited too long.
DS kinda rolls with the flow and did not provide an answer what he chose.
DD went to Disney with 2 friends for grad.
Yesterday I asked him again. And he picked universal ( at first ) for his birthday in Feb. then he switched to 2 days Disney 2 universal and no friend but DD if she can join us.
Yesterday no studios except SSR open. Today AKL kidani savanna view opened up so I called my peep (I have no more points to use). And he got us okw Wednesday(with wait list AKL) then AKL 2 nights and I booked universal for the last night.
Flights were $136 down
Flights back were $186 back.
Rental 500
Universal one night almost $500!
We will make our passes AP for our next trip for DS and I. DH will need a ticket.
And we will buy 2 day tickets for universal. For universal I picked the last flight out for the day. For us 2 days are good.
We will try for be our guest for lunch for birthday and be at MK for the day.
Update DH would rather have a one bedroom; it is available and our peep said he had extra points available so I sent him an email if he is inclined to change it he can. Our peep just called and said he will call later today and try to book that instead.
