A quick question.....

I'm on WW. Trying anyway...Lately, I've been have lots and lots of salad, with the oil spry and rice vinegar. For some reason, I haven't been too hungry, thus all the salads. Nothing fancy, just the lettuce, tomatoes, and sometimes 2 or 3 whites of a hard boiled egg. Guess what, I gained 2lbs. Can it be because I haven't been eating enough. I'm at that last 10lbs, which I know is a killer to get rid of, but, shouldn't I have lost something. Do you think if I start eating more, I'll lose?? Right now I don't know what to do. Any suggestions? TIA..
 
WW tells you to eat all your daily points or you won't lose. They say your body goes into "starvation" mode and refuses to give up the weight. Maybe you should try eating a bit more.

Congrats on getting to the last ten pounds! I have about 60 left to go...
 
I am in the same boat. Except I am doing core with WW so I don't know if I am not eating enough but I gained 1/2 lb this week... I am blaming it on water weight, I know I did everything right so I know the 1/2 lb is not here to stay :goodvibes
