hi i dont know where to put this so i put it here, i was looking through pics around sites that showed their windows xp theme, and i liked how the shinny blue color looks like i only have silver and the originial kind of blue. can anybody tell me how to download/get that skin? or is it even available to download?

I use a Window's XP and I changed from bright blue to pale green (all the colors appear as if they are shiny). I just went to the control panel and clicked on appearance and themes. From there I clicked appearance and then chose the color.

Start -> Control Panel -> Appearance and Themes -> Change the Computer's Appearance -> Appearance -> Color Scheme.
