How often to you get your hair cut?

The hair on top hasn't been cut in several years. It's on a walkabout I think.

I get the sides done about every 4-5 weeks. My wife cuts my hair. With just a large part on top, it is easy to cut my hair. I told her to cut it just like you would a lawn, up one row, down the other, then across. She does a good job.

No guy, but I cut hair and most of my male clientele get a hair cut between 3 and 6 weeks with 4 weeks being the most popular.
These guys are very good about making appointments before they leave the shop so I think that keeps them on a regular schedule instead of waiting until it gets shaggy and then waiting to call for the appointment and then possibly waiting on an opening. Not all men like to schedule ahead but it works really well if they do.

I go about every 6 to 8 weeks, but I get it cut pretty short and then let it grow out.

4 weeks, whether it needs it or not. In fact, I will be due (yes I have a reminder set in outlook so I won't forget) for one on my next trip. I am thinking of stopping into the barber shop at the MK for a trim.

Twice a year, whether I need it or not. My hair is curly, so once it reaches 70's 'fro size, I'll go have it sheared back down to a manageable size.

Now that I have it short, I find that I need it cut every 3 weeks or so. When it was longer, I'd usually go about 5-6 weeks.

Speaking of shearing, I have a co-worker who runs a farm and twice a year he gets his hair sheared. I always tease him that it must be sheep shearing time again and he does it so they don't feel bad.

Since I'm a little "light" on top, it's just the sides that refuse to join the party so they get trimmed. I cut my own hair with the #1 attachment about every 2-3 weeks otherwise I start looking like a Chia pet.

About 2 or 3 times a year. I hate getting my hair cut, so I usually get it short so it takes a while to grow back.

I grow my hair out from completely shaven and in about every three years and donate all of the growth to Locks of Love. Last time it was about 17 inches of my curly brown locks.
