Target has a coupon online that says "save $5.oo on any one Philips Norelco 7000 Series Electric Razor" I also found a manufacturer coupon for $10 that says "on any Philips Norelco Nivea for Men or 7000 series razor".

Target has a Norelco No.7310 with a price cut this week. Can I use both of these coupons to buy this model?

As long as one is a Target coupon and one is a manufacturer coupon, yes, you can stack them. But beware, sometimes Target has manufacturer coupons on their site.

If you're talking about the $5 coupon on Target's website--I printed it and it's a manufacturer's coupon. So no stacking. I wish it was a Target coupon so I could stack!
